Well, generally speaking, movies are always released on Tuesdays regardless of if they're on iTunes or not.

i think it's going to be great:) i think that there's going to be a trailer for the movie who will tell the plot in the peter pan platinum edition.

Well, actually, someone over at Little Ariel forum said that the full Little Mermaid III trailer would be shown on the Disney Channel in June. I found this odd, though, since Cinderella III never got that publicity for it's trailer. But maybe, The Little Mermaid III will be soooo good, and the trailer will be sooooo cool, they just have to make a big deal of it on the Disney Channel.
So...June, my favorite month! It's the month I was born, and it's the beginning of Summer! And now, perhaps it's when the "real" trailer will premiere!
But Ariel'sprince has a point, because Platinum Editions almost always show us some new trailers, or at least the October ones do. Am I right?

Yes, I actually think so, because Disney
did get so much positivity in test screenings that they added more scenes to make it
even better, their last sequel, also about a princess,
Cinderella III, has been said to be the best Disney sequel ever so far, and the first
Little Mermaid III trailer was so mysterious it seems like they want to keep things under wraps and do some big "unveiling" thing for the real trailer.

Then maybe they'll show us Ariel's mother in the "real" trailer!
Or that's what I call unveiling for a TLMIII trailer.

After seeing the musical trailer, and seeing how Ariel looks about 15, I don't know how Ariel's mother will be in the third movie. You would think even Ariel would be bitter about humans. Unless she's much younger than 15 or the movie has flashbacks from her youth to teenage years.[/img]

To be honest, we dont know the plot, we wont know the plot until either March with the Platinum Peter Pan, or June for the big unveiling on the Disney Channel, and guessing how/when/what/why/where wont make us find out the answer.
I know this seems like a rant, but it just gets me fustrated whenever people try to guess what is going to happen, when no one really knows, apart from the odd bit of info here and there. And people will come and read the thread, and hear people's theories, and think they are fact. Then rumours start to spread etc etc. I don't know why but it just makes me feel so fustrated!
Basically I'm upset that we don't know more on this supposedly amazing sequel! Grrrrrr.. .. ..
Sorry to bang on!

Well since I havent made a post in this dandy thread in a while mite as well give out some new thoughts and hopes.
1. So it's a prequel and no Melody(According to Tara Strong) Thank God no Melody...Ariel the star! Hooray! Since Ariel's sisters are going to featured in this movie hopefully they won't be drawn as horrid as they were in TLMII(they were in it for like 3 seconds)...Andrina didnt even have the right hair style! and Aquata looked...well..scary...
2. Is Ursula going to be in this or what? C'mon now she's amazing and we havent seen her ina while...well if this is a prequel...So I hope Pat Carroll will return.
3. Yeah thats true Im guessing when Peter Pan: Platinum Edition comes out they'll have a new trailer or something. Hopefully
lighthousemike will be giving out the new news, since he's the usual helpful updater.
4. Oh yeah I think the locket falling into the depths of the ocean in that TLMIII trailer was symbolic to show that Melody won't be in the movie....
November 20th 2007? Well that sure is better then 2008...thats five days after my 19th birthday....man I feel old
Anyways with Cinderella III almost out and looks very promising. I can't believe Im actually excited for DTV Disney Sequels....

Oh no sorry hehe, no one is old. Feeling old is just a matter of one's self out look on age for me it was 19. I don't think any numer is considered old, I guess what I meant to say was that I'll be 19 by the time it comes out and that seems far away for some reason lol.
But yeah no age is old, not 22 or what ever age everyone else is heh.

Has it actually been confirmed that Christopher Daniel Barnes will NOT be voicing Eric by a LEGIT source, and not just fan speculation?

I don't think so.
Although, I'm failry certain, its been confirmed that he's NOT in the film. The source I believe, was Rob Paulson's blog, which mentioned he would be in the film.
(If that was a rumor, than I apologize, that's all I've heard.)
I really hope he is in the film, it would be a shame if he wasn't.

Yeah, I don't know why Disney seems to think Rob Paulsen should voice Eric now just because he had one or two lines in the sequel. It's blasphemy!

Yeah, I know what you mean, Shycode! Rob's not bad, but there's something about him I just don't like. =/

well now that Cindy 3 is out, look like Ultimate Disney new focus is now going to shift it's full attention on Little Mermaid 3 now.
can't get enough mermaids now.
Went from full attention of platinum edition Little mermaid to Cindy 3 and now back to Mermaid for the third instalment.
Out goes DisneyDuster, and in come xxhplinkxx.

I believe he can't sing! I mean, Eric doesn't sing in 'The Little Mermaid' nor does Prince Charming in 'Cinderella II: Dreams Come True' and 'Cinderella III: A Twist in Time'. Has he ever sang in a film?
