That's great news! But, Twilight is filling in HP's spot, so it will still have big competition. :(

I heard Twilight is a romantic teen comedy directed at girls. If that be the case, I really don't think it will hinder BOLT at all.

Woah. Woah. Woah.

Twilight is about vampires. It's a horror/romance that will definitly beat out Bolt. It's based off of a saga of books that is in competition with Harry Potter for "Book of the Decade", in fan's eyes. Just Google/Wikipedia it, you'll find out how huge it is.

Why would you think that, Dan? You should think positive (i.e., that Bolt will be the biggest theatrical hit this holiday season)!!!!!

And you call yourself a Disney fan.

I still like you, don't worry!

Well, I would be more excited for Bolt if it wasn't 3-D. I guess I just like the hand-drawn 2-D films a lot better. :P

I think it will too, because I think Disney are underselling Bolt. The trailer often uses phrases associated with "disappointing" films - such as "all new comedy event". When have you ever seen films marketed as "events" unless you know the studio doesn't have any faith in them?

I'm sorry for my error, but I have never even heard of Twilight before. What I had read about it indicated that it was aimed towards female teens. I hope it doesn't beat out BOLT.

SPOILER ALERT!!! Skip down past the 7th paragraph of the article if you want to be completely surprised when you see Bolt in the theater!!! .

The article is about behind-the-scenes of the film...nothing too in-depth, but some technical info is given.

Wouldn't it be great if Disney had changed Penny's name to, let's say, Denny or Benny? Then we'd have three Disney animal films featuring three most popular types of pets (mice, cats, dogs) with a lead human character whose name ends with "enny". Just a thought :D.

Rhino is so cute and funny! They screened the trailer before Wall-E at the cinemas here in Norway (as Disney did in the US), and everybody laughed when they saw him. Everybody seemed to love Presto and Wall-E too, much laughter and many tears from the audience  :D
