I like the Horned King, too, but the only ones on this list on the same level as Chernabog are probably Monstro and Man. So don't feel too bad.

If you're talking about how powerful they are, I'm.. Not quite sure if I can see Monstro or Man being on the same level as Cherny..
Cherny would turn Monstro into sushi!

Ehh, I think the best male villains(When it comes to top three animated, excluding Live Action) is Chernabog, the Horned King and Judge Claude Frollo. If Live action were involved, Davy Jones would take the cake
Personal prefrence, of course.
