Update on some recent acquisitions, hope I don't repeat something I mentioned before.

Bought myself:

Mystery Science Theater 3000: XVI (Limited Edition DVD)

And... Looney Tunes Golden Collections 1 and 2 (still waiting for v. 2 to arrive), A Man Called Flintstone (3 bucks at Big Lots!), Memories (Anime film, 3 bucks at Big Lots), Sabrina the Animated Series: Bat Attack (3 at Big Lots), Kim Possible: A Stitch in Time, Flight of the Conchords Season 2, TCM Holiday classics set (4 films, still waiting for this and it's taking too long, getting worried; was hoping it'd come before Christmas)

Disney Movie Rewards: Legend of Lobo, Monkey's Uncle, and Moon Pilot came in the mail

As Christmas gifts, I got this one:

^ Some sources seem to say this movie is going out of print!! So, since DeepDiscount claims to have it in-stock, I thought I'd get it quick before they then tell me it's disappeared.

My last DVD purchases of 2009 (and this decade!)...

Boxing week specials at The Real Canadian Superstore:

$12.99 I had Season 1 before, bought it at Walmart. One disc was scratched, went in for a replacement but they didn't have any in stock. So they gave me a gift card instead. Finally got it at Superstore, and $5 cheaper.

$3.99 Far from the best of the Batmans, but the better of the two Joel Shumacher Batmans.

THIS IS SPARTA!!!! $6.99

And that's it for 2009 and this decade! Hopefully 2010 will be a better year, better job, more money, therefore more DVDs and Blu-Rays!

Too late. Just got an E-Mail from DeepDiscount saying they won't ship A Very Brady Sequel because it's "been discontinued."

Isn't that great?

And eBay doesn't have a New version available in America either...

Ironic story...after I saw your first post about A Very Brady Sequel I went over to deepdiscount and got the same answer.....and so I went to ebay and there was one for a good price as well on ebay....although I think it's been bought already for $12.98 including shipping and it was new from Philly PA USA
