Really? I liked the first 13 much better than the back 9. The first episodes actually had a storyline and it wasn't filled with things that didn't make sense or only created because Ryan listened to the fans (which he should never have done; I mean, Idina as Lea's mom made no sense because it was totally random besides for the fact that they kind of look similar). I'm glad that Ryan says that season 2 will focus on the original characters, though I am a little skeptical to see if this actually happens. We'll just have to see. Oh, and I'm also happy that there will be less songs because in the back 9 there were just random songs sung that did not help the progression of the story.

That's crazy! :o :P The best thing is--though I'm not sure who they'll each be competing with--they all probably have a good chance of winning. Except perhaps Morrison and NPH (I like them, too, but they aren't as strong as Lynch, Colfer, Michele, or O'Malley, imo).

Out of the rumors I've heard, the only one that disturbs me is the rumor that Terri ex-Schuester will be back "full-time" next season. While she did grow on me a tiny bit at the end of the fake-baby thing, she was annoying the other 97% of the time.

I don't know if she'll be back full time, but she's definitely going to be back. I know that last season there were plans for Terri and another guy (possibly a glee member) to hook up but that got pushed aside and we'll likely see that this season instead.

That was Terri and Finn... it kinda happened, lol.

And yeah, Terri is back full-time.

Really? That was it? I thought it was going to be pushed back and be more elaborate. I guess not then, huh? I kind of do miss Terri. Yes, she was crazy, but I really liked Terri and Kendra. Oh, and they also let go of Ken and is being replaced by a female football coach. I guess that should be interesting.

The only character I really disliked was Terri. I liked Mercedes at first but she became kinda bland. Quinn really grew on me and Puck. Favs are definately Kurt and Brittany. Hope to see more of Artie in Season 2.

And I really hope someone from POPULAR will make a guest appearance someday. Preferably Mary Cherry.

Here is a link to a tweet pic, apparently revealing one of the numbers they will do on the Britney/Brittany episode: http://twitpic.com/2bqd1u

I decided not to post it in case somebody wants to be surprised by the set list; but that picture shows Lea Michelle recreating one of Britney's classics, Baby One More Time.

I bought mine on Blu. Cost-wise it wasn't too much, and since I have a Blu-Ray player, it would feel like a waste to me to buy the DVD.

I preordered mine on Blu-ray, too. I'm just happy to have the first season in widescreen (of course, Fox shows them in widescreen after the initial run...). But, I'm looking forward to seeing it in high def and whatever special features there are (which are slim, to say the least). At least there's a commentary on the Blu-ray (even if it only is for the Pilot).

Okay, I have to gleek out a little bit...

So, I was at lunch and my best friend was telling me about how his biology teacher said he knew Jayma Mays's (Emma Pillsbury) parents, which is plausible considering Jayma is from Grundy, VA which isn't too far from here.

Now, it's too late to switch biology classes but, I mean, there's no reason I can't get on this man's good side... and then you know, meet her parents... and then meet Jayma.... and then meet Ryan Murphy... and then you know, get cast on Glee.... lol

No, Rachel's mother is played by Idina Menzel, but I guess I can see the resemblance. Idina is best known for having starred on Broadway in the original cast of Rent (also the film version) and as having originated the role of Elphaba in the hit musical Wicked. She also played Nancy Tremaine (you know, Patrick Dempsey's girlfriend before Giselle comes into the picture) in Enchanted.

My only concern about Chris is that a lot of his great scenes are dramatic rather than comedic, but I really want him to win too.
