And we should give credit where it's due, but in the same respect I don't think he ever once says "I'm gay". That was very confusing for me, especially when he comes out to his best friend, I think he just says he's different. The audience is left without a doubt knowing what's happening, but it just seemed weird and a bit off to not call it what it was. It is though, a very cute film that I ended up liking a lot more than I anticipated!

The spammer who asked where the film is located's post has been deleted. I had wondered if it was a spammer but I replied anyway!

The Ninth Circuit Court just ruled that the Miss USOA pageant can exclude males. Only biological females may participate. A victory for science and common sense!

This is not relevant to the topic at hand. If you wish to talk politics unrelated to Disney, you can create a thread about it in the Off-Topic section.

Thanks, Sot! I forgot this wasn’t a generic homosexual thread. Enjoy your day!

Oh, nice. I've only seen the first season when they aired it on DIsney Channel. Of course they call it a Disney Channel series, but I thought it was a Disney+ series?

Bunk'd has always been a Disney Channel show ...it sounds like it's a spinoff of the original show though but I think it's still a Disney Channel show.

My bad, for some reason my brain got stuck on HSMTMTS at the front of the headline.

So excited Disneyland is hosting 2 After Hours Pride Nites at Disneyland in June!
I’d love to see this come to Walt Disney World. My boyfriend and I would definitely get tickets. $139 each and the event runs from 9pm to 1am. Ticket holders can be admitted at 6pm.

That’s so great to hear! Thank you for sharing! This is the first I’m hearing of this and I’m actually trying not to tear up haha. For context since most people here are not parks fans, you may have heard about Gay Days at Disney, but those have never been officially organized by the parks, it’s always been put together by outside groups. This is the first time there has been an Disney-sanctioned gay pride event at the American parks (I think it’s been done before at Disneyland Paris?). I agree I hope it comes to Florida, too.

UmbrellaFish, We’ve been to After Hours events at Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios and they are fantastic. Well worth the money and much better (in our opinion) than the Halloween and Christmas parties which tend to be oversold and full of children.
We’ve gone to Gay Days in June, but they’re so low key, if it weren’t for the red shirts (the suggested attire for attendees) you wouldn’t even know they were happening.
After Hours Pride Nights full of “family”, with characters in special costumes and unique food and drink options sounds absolutely fabulous. For LGBTQ+ guests and their allies is how it’s being billed.
Can’t wait to read the reviews!
