In-store prices will probably start being posted online on the Blu-ray.com forum either today or tomorrow.
It might be hard to beat that price on the 3 disc next week. Glad I locked in a preorder when the coupon was active.
Also there is a slight chance it could be cheaper if a store prices it lower in their ad next week, and Amazon matches the price.

that's very, VERY cheap!

If it weren't for the UK numbering, I would import everything from the US.

I don't know if this has been posted already, a video of the deleted song "I'm Free" has surfaced online.

Here is the original article:

I like it, but I'm glad it didn't make it into the film. Since Tramp singing a song wouldn't fit in the movie in my opinion.

Yay...today I reveived the Blu-Ray edition from the UK and also the 2-Movie Collection on DVD...
Too bad the blu-ray doesn;t come with a dvd and the slipcover isn't embossed or whatever. It's all very plain.

I know exactly what you mean ..... the release seems slightly pointless and uncared for.

From just looking at the screenshots, the transfer looks stunning! It even looks better than some of the newer films that were made digitally. Seriously, that's some good looking stuff. I'm still not sold on Disney's Second Screen, but it's probably cheaper than making another Blu-ray (which is quite unfortunate).

I'm sure it would fit still on Disc 1, but they like to experiment. I honestly hate the idea of Second Screen, but it doesn't matter anyways, since it is only available in the US (for some strange reason).

if you have an iPad, you can access the Second Screen from it with no problem. I don't know about the website though. bambi's implementation required the DMR code, The Lion King did not.

Target's ad is out, and it shows the prices for next week. No mention of a coupon for Lady and the Tramp in the ad.
2 disc - $22.99
3 disc - $27.99
You also save $8 if you buy Lady and the Tramp and one other Disney movie. The movies they have listed are... Winnie the Pooh, The Lion King, Dumbo, Bambi, Beauty and the Beast, and Tangled. They are listed on sale at $19.99 each.

I live in the UK but am unable to access Second Screen as I cannot down load the app. How did you manage?

I doubt I'll get this on day one, let alone the entire month for two reasons:
1) I'm saving my money for my visit to New York City for my midterm break.
2) While my Platinum Edition isn't brand new, I still want to go with that for awhile longer to spare myself from the whole 'You're wasting money' nonsense from my parents.

Ok Jedi we get the point you've mention this many a time. With the 8 dollar off coupon it will rougly be around 15 dollars I'm sure that's not breaking the bank if you love this movie - if not then I suppose you have your priorites.
I'm a Disney slut so I have to buy it

It's not that I don't WANT to buy it. What I'm trying to say is that I have more important things to do with my money for the entire month. Those things include spending money for tours, Broadway shows and such in New York.

Matt
1) Open iTunes
2) Log out of your account
3) Change to the US store
4) Try to purchase a FREE APP
5) Now, when it tells you that you need an account to do so, press "Create new account"
6) If you did all of the above, it should give you an option to create an account without a credit card, with which you can download free apps, songs etc

Interesting that they have 2 different coupon values this time, instead of making the coupon for the largest combo only, like they've done with the 3D combos in the past. People were still using them on the lesser combo pack, though.
I pre-ordered on Amazon a few months ago when they had the $10 off coupon so I am going to stick with that. I don't get the title on release day, but I can wait.

To anyone who's already got a copy, is the Walt Disney Pictures logo before the film the 3D one?
