If anyone could please post when they get their Beauty and the Beast keepsake box I would really appreciate it. If they are actually going to ship it, that's great but it not I would like my points back asap.

I'm still waiting on mine. Ordered it on Oct 06. Emailed them, and nothing. I also ordered the Beauty charm, paid, and nothing either.

facebook page rep said they are waiting on more stock for the beauty charm. I purchased mine November 19th, same day I purchased tink bracelet and charm. I got that bracelet and charm on Friday. I am waiting for my Mickey hip pack and the Facebook page's customer rep says the hip packs were sent out and I should have gotten an email, and to check my spam folder. Well, I use gmail for DMR and I have a FILTER set up so it WON'T end up in the spam folder... I have no shipment confirmation yet. I hope I get it soon...I want my hip pack (Redeemed for it on November 7th)

When they send you the email confirming shipping of a package, how long does it take for the package to make it to its destination? (more or less)

Not yet. Haven't recieved a shipping confirmation e-mail yet. DMR is wierd. Sometimes they're fast and sometimes they're slow for shipping.

I'm glad they decided to release the Toys Story 3 coupon, and this time is for 10 dollars.
I got the 5 points from Tangled and the 10 from the survey....But it didn't say anything for the newsletter.

The Tangled poster icon is the 5 points for the newsletter.
Anyone get their Blu-Ray player yet? I'm hoping it arrives before Christmas, but I highly doubt it will.

Aw, I was actually hoping mine would arrive this week. I ordered on the 24th, by the way. I guess we can't really tell when they will ship unless we call them. I'll send word here when I hear what they say. (If I decide to call them.)

When I click on the 5 points on abcfamily it takes me to the DMR website where it says that the code isn't live yet...

Weekday codes are only valid from 9:00 a.m. PT to 8:59 a.m. PT the next day (even though the next day's code doesn't go up until closer to 12:00 p.m. PT).

It's been 2 months for me too, for my Keepsake and Rose charm.
I sent them an email tonight (again). Hopefully this time they will be helpful.
I'll post what they say here. Let's just see if they do and how fast they do it.
