Mm, I don't own
Shark Tale or the
Shrek sequels, but I'd venture to guess so. In my opinion, this was the best CGI movie Dreamworks ever came out with, so my bias says it wouldn't be surprising if the DVD itself is also better than their typical fare.

^ Yup, in the season two episode "Eye of the Beholder", and in the Slave Labor "Gargoyles" comic books, she dresses as Jasmine for a Halloween party.
