Thanks Amy.

I love how you pull random statements out of your ass.
Never once did I say I hate realistic interpretation of a cartoon character. Some might turn out a bit lame, but I never said I dislike it. All I ask was why is his hair blond there.
I can pull false statement out of my ass too.
"I now see that slave2moonlight always hate Super Aurora's criticism despite his(her?) comment back in the Sailor Moon thread saying he(she?) learn how to take criticism well and accept other people's opinions at art school."

I wouldn't call it such a random statement, as it's based on your statements in the Sailor Moon thread that indicated you didn't like the idea of live-action interpretations at all, not based on your opinions of my work (though I could care less about them) and not pulled out of my ass. And yeah, I said I learned how to take criticism in art school, but that doesn't mean I take it the way the critics want me to take it.

What you learn at art school is the nature of critics and criticism and how often it is best ignored, because there's always somebody who doesn't like your stuff.

All I said was that I didn't like a
Sailor Moon live action interpretation and that the franchise need to rest.

Then why didn't you ignore me? LOL

I keep coming back to this thread because it's funny. Why should I ignore you. I like you. A lot.
Yes, my avatar fits my persona doesn't it?
I have to be nit picky. That's my job.

Yes. It's my curse. You're very good though. I could hardly tell.
*Where do they come from, and why do they always come to me?*
Super Aurora wrote: Yes, my avatar fits my persona doesn't it?
I wasn't actually talking about the avatar, but rather the obnoxiously huge Lex pic. Though, the avatar is about on the same level I guess.

You're actually getting paid to harrass people on webboards? You work for the Illuminati or the Bilderbergs, don't you? They're always after my ass.

I didn't see a thread for this (I'm not too good with the search thingy), and it's old news now, I guess, but I just discovered yesterday that Mouseketeer Cheryl Holdridge, from the original Mickey Mouse Club, died in January. She was only in her 50s, but I believe it was lung cancer.
This was really upsetting for me to read when searching for photo galleries of Cheryl the other day. I know most guys crushed on Annette they say, but Cheryl was always my original Mickey Mouse Club crush, even if I grew up in the '80's rather than the '50's. Anyway, just felt like mentioning this, in case I wasn't the only one who somehow totally missed the news when it came out.

Forgot to mention that I did some Disney spoofing in my latest comic strip. Didn't mean to at first, but I thought the first girl kinda looked like Ariel, so I went with it. Tried not to make the girls look like "spot on" likenesses though.

Oh yeah, did my Perdita for the Disney Girls piece too, but haven't added her yet.

Posting this here, even though I posted it before in the memorial thread, because I tweaked it since then. I finally figured out the major problem I've always had with drawing Mickey and Minne, and that's that their eyes are supposed to be rather close together. Probably even closer than in this tweaked version, ha, but I think it looks a lot better now and should be able to do much better Mickey art from now on. Jeez, I always wondered what I was doing wrong, ha.

Well, I was sort of letting this thread die, but I did so much new stuff recently that I thought I'd at least mention a couple of pieces. You can see more in my gallery at
http://slave2moonlight.deviantart.com/ .
Anyway, I was doing a lot of new Disney Babies for a while. Here is a trio for the Halloween season (and more are in my gallery, like I said).
And here is my Meg (Jennifer Love Hewitt) addition to my Disney Girls gallery, and Katrina (Reese Witherspoon circa Cruel Intentions).

Yay- I like it when you post your artwork here! I am loving the new pictures! lol @ Baby Jessica not wearing a shirt.

I really love the Dodger & Peter Pan picture for some reason! Are you going to add Katrina to the group portrait anytime soon?
Thanks for sharing- I need to put your Gallery into my favorites folder, in case the thread does die.

Glad you like them, Amy. Yes, I'll add Katrina as soon as I create a couple more characters to add with her.

Nice to see some new work from you . . . I've fallen so behind on my watch list at dA that it's scary!

Anyway, this was a good reminder to go back and check on your page.

She's the one Ichabod and Brom Bones fall for in The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad.

Very pretty! I was trying to see if I could guess the actress, and I didn't.

I haven't yet seen
Slumdog Millionaire, though, but it's in my Netflix queue!

Ha, I've seen it, but I can't say I would have remembered the actress. There's a girl in it played by three different actresses (three different ages). I just looked up the actresses' pictures online, looking up the youngest one first, and I thought she worked pretty well. I did it before even looking at the slightly older one (who may have been more age appropriate, in the Slumdog movie at least), but I latered did look her up and didn't like her as much for Shanti. The oldest one was too old for Shanti.
