The 40s had 4 really strong entries, and the 70s only had 1 or 2 for me, so I choose Disney Animation of the 1940s.

I'll take The White Witch. Haven't seen Hocus Pocus, but I bet the White Witch is by far the spookier and more threatening of the two.
