Well, that depends... Since they all came in limited numbers (up to 250000, now as low as 39500), they all basically went "out of print" immediately.

As Larso indicates, the Treasures are a limited print run product so once they run out, that's it. They don't remain in production until they're withdrawn at a particular date. It's not so much a case of the titles being vaulted as exhausted. It does appear that they will remain available "while stocks last", though.
Anyway, according to Disney's
Treasures webpage, all of Waves 4 to 8 are still available with the exception of
Complete Pluto Vol 1 from Wave 4, and
Chronological Donald Vol 3 and
Disneyland Secrets Stories and Magic both from Wave 7.
(Amazon still have new copies of
Pluto Vol 1, though, and also of
Tomorrowland and
On The Front Lines from Wave 3. I know that wasn't what you were asking, but I'd looked it up anyway, so tough!

Funny, I thought I saw Pluto 1 at a Fry's Electronics in my area once.

The only one that I'm sure I'm getting is Donald (I also need to get Donald 2). I might get the Annette one, but I have no interest (or money) to get Dr. Syn.

I just found out that Amazon has shipped 2 of the 3 treasures I pre-ordered. Donald and Annette are on the way and the website says that Dr. Syn is being prepared. I'm not sure why they didn't ship them together but I didn't pay for shipping so I don't care.

Yeah I really have a love/HATE relationship with Disney due to things like this.
Why do they have to torture us...I will seriously cry if I don't get them (but I will no matter what).

I don't know about all of them, but I know for sure I'm going to put Donald 4 on my Christmas list, if only to round out the rest of the duck's filmography.

These issues are SO LIMITED Id def recommend picking them up while you can! Ill bet we wont see many of these laying around as long as some of the previous waves.
Amazon.com sent me an email today that all three of my volumes have shipped.

Both my copies of Donald and Annette were shipped on Saturday.
It seems weird that part of some peoples orders have been shipped and the rest are still coming.
I have a horrible feeling that there are going to be a lot of disappointed UD'ers this time around, due to the
extremely limited number of copies that Disney have made for this wave.
Fingers crossed that it is not the case

Yeah likewise here, I'm having all three shipped separately and my Donald and Annette have been sent out, but not Dr Syn.

I got an email from Amazon saying that my Dr. Syn (I didn't order the other two) shipped today.
UD's review of Dr. Syn is quite positive and really whets the appetite for those Scarecrow fans who have a waited a long time to see this appear on DVD.
Since one of the bonus features, "Walt Disney: From Burbank to London", discusses the Disney UK productions of the 50s and 60s, I wonder if this might stimulate them to release more of those films as DMC exclusives or via general retail (I'm thinking very optimistically here, I know). They did release barebones versions of The Story of Robin Hood, Rob Roy, The Fighting Prince of Donegal via DMC and I would love to see them release The Sword and the Rose.
Others, not necessarily from that era, that I would love to see them release include The Prince and the Pauper, Tonka, and The Light in the Forest.

Ok, any idea when the "Wave 9 Speculation" forum will be created? LOL!

HAHA guess it could be started anytime! One person who posted said Leonard mentioned ZORRO being included in the next Treasures wave.
HAHA AND I cant help but laugh at you ppl trying to figure out how Disney is making money off this run! Who cares. I sure dont! Just so they keep releasing waves of Treasures Im going to let them worry about that and just be a fan who is enjoying the product they are offering.

Maybe the idea behind the lower production numbers is they are hoping that it will build some demand for the treasures. You know how ppl get when something is released in a very limited number and is likely to sell out rather quickly......they jump on it nomatter what it is.
