Little bit of happy news to pass on - in the new Disney app, 'Dream Treats', Ariel, Buzz and Mickey are featured. Jodi is once again playing Ariel

Wow, they could not have gotten a worse replacement for Idina
Roger that! She doesn't nail Idina's voice at all! Why not having a voice which actually sounded like her?
Either way, I downloaded the app to my iPhone. Kinda cute, but as with most Disney iPhone products they come with certain apps/parts that are not free. The voice for Belle is sort of reminiscent of Paige O'Hara's. Now Cinderella has been included on the line. And the one who voices Merida really nails Kelly's voice. At least the "Brave" section is more elaborate, since you can practice archery. And the music on that section is lovely.

I thought of this thread the other day when I heard Cinderella's voice during a Clorox commercial.

What did Cinderella do in the Clorox commercial?

I wondered if anyone had any info to share on this at all....
Mary Kay Bergman voiced Snow White from 1989 to her death in 1999. I wanted to find some examples of her vocal work, but struggling to find anything ? Apart from the infamous Oscars appearance that Disney got so much hate for. Where, incidentally, she sounded nothing like Snow at all.
Would just be interested to see her involvement is all, if there is anything around.

I've just purchased the Cinderella Legacy Collection soundtrack, and really wondered why they had all sorts of female sings sing the demo tracks for Cinderella instead of using Tammi ? And Kate Higgins is used as well, which is just beyond odd ...

I wondered about that, too. Not that I'm ungrateful, but it would've made more sense to use the Cinderella sound-a-like.

Yes, exactly; especially when they use her for everything else regarding the Princess franchise. Totally makes logical sense to use the new voice of Princess Aurora to voice a Cinderella demo ...

I wondered if anyone on here was playing Disney Magic Kingdoms ? I am myself, and am totally addicted to it
I only wanted to post this here because I'm not yet at a point where I can unlock Rapunzel / Aurora / Eugene / Phillip, so I can't tell what their vocal work is like. In the credits, I don't think any of their usual voice actors are listed, but they may have been added since the expansion ? Just that they have the usual Toy Story / Mickey Mouse & Co voices, so wondered if the Princess followed suit. Unless they don't speak ?
Just wondered if anyone had any ideas !

Strangely, they don't speak. It's like they gave up after Toy Story on adding in the voice work.

Really ?! Well that's disappointing ... I wonder why they haven't bothered ?

For the new Shanghai Disneyland show:
-New Snow White voice sings Someday a Prince Will Come. She sounds mature, which is a little distracting
-Idina Menzel & Kristen Bell are back with new versions of Let It Go and For the First Time in Forever
-There is a new Jasmine singing voice, but it sounds like a snippet of Lea Salonga comes back towards the end. But, Brad Kane is back.
-Jodi Benson returns for Part of Your World. Still has it, 27 years later.
-Merida sings, but I don't know the singer. But, she has an American accent in the first verse and at the end, which is VERY distracting

Brilliant find
disneyprincess11 !!
So thrilling to hear Jodi is still very much Ariel

I have to say I quite like Snows new voice ? Though Melissa Disney I think is my ultimate favourite. Shame Lea is gone, though it may just be for this instance as she was busy perhaps ?
I must say though ... the staging doesn't look particularly great ? Not sure of the massive (what looks like) a rock formation on the left hand side...looks slightly haphazard ? The idea of their Storybook Castle sounded amazing, but the more I'm seeing of it, the less I think it works.

What a coincidence: 27 years ago, I was four!
And it looks like that Shanghai design for Mickey and Minnie is in fact making its way to the States, as evidenced by that stage show at WDW's Magic Kingdom.
