Well I've certainly never seen that series on TV.
Anyway...
I don't know whether it's true or false. The thing is, I've heard of Hilary Duff, but I'm not sure if I ever saw a movie she stars in, and if so, I can't place her at the moment.
Then I suppose it's false.
But this reminds me of Netty's song: "Duff! Duff! Duff! I hate you Duff!"
