Closer

I really liked it, actually a lot more than I thought I would.

Birth

It's an interesting movie although now that I have seen it I'm not going to run out and buy it or anything.

Two movies that were good but if you want movies to watch that will make you feel good these two aren't them. (I would think!)

Whee! Thanks orestes. for saying what you thought of that movie! Since a guy liked it, I figured I should get it and Ryan won't mind! ;)

Rent it first. It is a movie that either you like it or you hate it. My wife and I both did not like it.

Anyways... I was watching The Langolers (not sure if that's how you spell it) but I love that movie with the killer cannon-balls. One of Steve King's finest.

I Heart Huckabees - Brilliant!!! I Heart Lily Tomlin! She's very Edna Mode-esque in this movie. :edna:

I'm watching Sum of all Fears. Morgan Freeman is one of my favorite actors. But not Ben Affleck, he can't act. :headshake:

Today I felt romantic, so I watched Sleepless in Seatle, and An Affair To Remember "Our love affair, was a wonderous thing..."

I was watching the Matrix today, it's a little boring at first but it picks up dramatically. My favorite scene is the Lobby scene.

Maybe because Natalie Portman plays a stripper and theres one rather explicit part with her and another guy in the strip club? :p Plus the whole movie revolves around that stuff. Not why I thought it was a good moovie, but whatever floats some people's boats *shrug*

Thank you DaveWadding. I read your opinion and value it too! Thanks for the warning! :p I should be expecting those kinds of things in that R-rated movie anyway.

Shaolin Soccer..again.
Seriously, those Stephen Chow movies are so stupidly entertaining!

The Ransom of Red Chief starring Haley Joel Osment, Christopher Lloyd, and a surprisingly big-name cast for such a run-of-the-mill made-for-TV movie. Actually, even by those standards, it wasn't very good, but it did have its funny/enjoyable moments.

Forgot the name of the movie. It stars Robbin Williams who plays the part of a school teacher at a private school. Because of his unusual ways of teaching, he gets into trouble, but the kids at his class are slowly taught to think for themselves with his help! Anyone know this one?

Sounds like Dead Poets Society.
