Yes I have. It's hard to judge at the moment because the clip is beyond lame (it's so short I'd hardly call it a clip). For me she sounds too whispery! She better bring killer vocals at the climax of the song or else I won't be happy!

. I'm hoping this clip is near the beginning (like We Belong Together, soft and whispery at the start, strong and powerful at the end).

Yes, i'm sure she'll throw in at least one belt. (i haven't really been following her for the past couple of years. does she still belt?)
yes far too whispery, and not good whispery either

The song is really modest but it's truly beautiful and she saved all the belting for the climax

. People have been saying that this isn't single material but I don't care 'cus like Whitney she's gone back to her roots with this track and sung a beautiful ballad that isn't anything like what's out on the radio at the moment. This is the kind of Mariah which made her known for her signature cover versions

Of course she still belts, it's Mariah duh! (Just check out The Emancipation Of Mimi my friend! I LOVE that album and her vocals are on point throughout!)
I was right though, the clip was of the first chorus which was soft and whispery but she definitely saved the belting for the end (just like We Belong Together)

I've been playing this song all day long on my iPod! It's classic 90's Mariah, she's definitely gone back to her roots with this track. I LOVE it! One blogger wrote "Adios Mimi! Welcome home Mariah!" and I thought that was just so true

. Glad you like it too Beasty! Both Whitney and Mariah are awesome, the "I Look To You" album has really grown on me. I've been playing it a lot recently, I think I'm completely sold now

Hmmm im not feeling the appeal with that song. She sounds amazing but i think it's too plain. Nothing special, unlike
I Got You -

Her version is amazing.... but it's a little short and missing the bridge! Perhaps it's a radio edit.

Yes, I think so too. Me thinks the album version will be extended. I really hope so, I can't get enough of it

Holy crap, 17 songs?!

That's awesome! What's with these tracks labeled "the reprise", "the prelude", and "the interlude"? They're more or less going to be interludes?

Yes it looks like it. She did have a couple of interludes on "Rainbow", so I'm guessing they'll be like that.
