Meant to share this as well! Have you guys listened to the synth demo of Main Titles which was included on the Music Behind the Magic box set from 94?
Here's a video I had uploaded a long time ago matching the demo with final footage:

Also, they do have a couple of the deleted songs I was thinking of on the second disc, although they're sung by Ashman/Menken and not the other versions I'd heard (and had hoped they would include), such as the "FB" with the Ursula lyrics
Btw, just wanted to say the version of "FB" I was talking about was uploaded to YouTube around a week ago. Just wanted to send a little thank you out to the universe.

Is there are version of Jodi singing the finale to Mermaid anywhere ? I'd love to add that to the Legacy to complete it
I'm loving the soundtrack so much so far, just makes me wonder why on earth they didnt release it in the first place?! What on earth was the reason not to ?
Personally, I like hearing Jodi's cackle on 'PUS Reprise' ! Love anything Vanessa
I do agree though that the jarring start of 'POYW' doesnt quite work together…do you think it may have been an editing error ?

The beggining of "Part of Your World" doesn't seem like an editing mistake, because the same thing happens before the choir begins its part on Happy Ending. The song goes on, then comes back, with the choir.

I may not get Fantasia when it first comes out just because of the price, but I'll have it eventually (same with MP which I still haven't picked up). It's definitely not an unreasonable price for 4 discs, but I can't really afford that right now so soon after the holidays.
I'm really looking forward to Pinocchio. It's too bad I'll have to wait until May for the next in the series I'm interest in, but it'll be nice to have L&tT, too. I'll admit my knowledge of the parks is practically zero--does anyone have thoughts on the music that might be included in the Disneyland release? I don't know if I'd want it or not.

Pinocchio is just one month away in the release schedule!
Anyone who have seen any cover pictures yet?

I have pre-ordered the entire collection through Disney D23 (and got litographs of the covers as part of the deal), but after Sleeping Beauty and The Little Mermaid, there are only two more releases that really makes me excited: Cinderella and Pocahontas.
I am hoping they will expand the collection in coming years - surely Disney will not skip a chance to release soundtracks such as Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Peter Pan, Alice in Wonderland and Snow White as part of this collection...(?) It would be a wasted opportunity, to say the least.

Can you put some pictures, please?
I'm very interested on the cover for Cinderella!

Perhaps I was a little unclear, I have not received the litographs for upcoming releases yet - they arrive along with each CD release;)
Btw, here are some of the pictures from the Sleeping Beauty release in high resolution:

Wonder what it could be on the second disc? Hope not just a story-teller like on the Fantasia release.

What do you mean by "story-teller"? Is the Fantasia Legacy Soundtrack not all music?

Because it has the Sterling Holloway narrations of Sorcerer's Apprentice and Peter and the Wolf on it.

They call it Legacy by not including the sung part of Little Wooden Head? AGAIN?
Also, I though the whole ~lost chords~ thing was to put the original demos and new recordings of them of what they would sound if the film ended up using them.
Shame on you, Disney.

Usually they always do that, but maybe in this case they didn't have the demos?
