Rapunzel, well her hair anyway, was spotted in London where she is soon to be welcomed as the 10th Disney Princess at Kensington Palace on October 2nd.
In the photo above, Rapunzel was seen visiting the Salt Tower at The Tower of London. Rapunzel will be visiting famous London landmarks every day this week (9/26-9/30) and taking pictures along her journey.
In this next photo, Rapunzel is out and about in London and made a special stop at Covent Garden to see the rich cultural offerings of London’s popular marketplace.
On October 2, 2011 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Rapunzel will be welcomed into the Disney Princess Royal Court

Imagine in the movie, she showed up at the village with choppy hair like that because hair strands were snapping from getting caught in bushes and stuff.

I've found concept art that features a different version of elements and scenes in
Tangled. It's probably from an earlier draft of the story but from after Greno & Howard took over the project. Among other differences, it shows Gothel making a deal with Flynn and not with the Stabbington brothers.

Mother Gothel looks like the Joker in that first painting.
Those are really beautiful!

Wow I didn't know Mother Gothel meant Godmother in German!
They properly removed Flynn's deal with Gothel when they added the Cave scene! And I think Rapunzel would be distraught If she found out Flynn had betrayed her.
Thanks for the beautiful concept art!

god, the concept art, and some of the earlier plot points sound amazing, it's a shame that we ended up with what we got.
I mean, I still enjoyed Tangled, but it was just good, when it could have been great, they were originally going to do something to new and different and exciting for the disney fairy tale, but all we got was a retread of the same old devices

I didn't realize it was a mask! I thought they were going some weird Voldemort route...lol!
Hey
disneyprincess11, it's okay that you still forgot, but you really need to remember not to quote entire posts of people, especially posts that are just pictures. It would be okay if you just quoted one picture, but you quoted Sotiris' entire post only to wrote about two sentences. You need to not quote pictures, and just quote the parts you need to, like this:

Thanks
Sotoris! I love all of those pictures you posted, especially Gothel's pink/purple cape and dress in the fourth one!
Or something like that.

It's easy to edit the quotes to do that! And to bold someone's name, if you want, you just put [ b ] in the beginning of the person's name or word you want, and at the end of that word put [ / b ] But do those with no spaces. Like [ b ] with no spaces is

It is okay, we like you, you know!
I love how Cinderella looks in the Royal Party promo. She's just beautiful, they did a good job with her there. She really is the most realistically designed of all the Disney Princesses.

Between that app icon and her picture on the title screen it looks like she aged 5 or so years.
