Is this one any good? I've been trying to find some reviews on it.
It's not the best Muppet Christmas show but I sure think it's good.
Now on the weekend I got...
Better Off Ted: The Complete First Season

Picked up a few at Walmart:
$6.88 I've been wanting to get Zorro for a while now, and especially since the WDT sets came out last month. Finally showed up in Walmart's $6.88 section.
$13 Another one I've been wanting to add to my DVD collection since I got
Ghosts of the Abyss in September.
And to maximize my points for double points day:

$25.83 Why can't Disney ever lower the prices on their animated classics?

Twilight, Columbia House, $11.48
Save the Last Dance, Columbia House, $6.48
(both with free shipping)
I have a bad track record with DVD buying, having lately sold a huge chunk of my collection. But for movies like these, that I'll end up renting a lot anyway, I figured that I'll buy them. I have a particular genre of non-Disney films that I like (the romancy girly type, haha), and for those, I might as well buy them, especially if the prices are good. I have a little extra money, so I figured that they'd be good to buy. I used to have
Save the Last Dance on video, and i just rented it and loved it as much as I used to, so that made sense. I just watched
Twilight for the first time a couple weeks ago- I had read part of the first book but then it was due at the library, so I didn't finish it- but I loved it, and am going to see
New Moon this week. Ideally, I wanted to buy
Twilight tonight, but it's too expensive at the stores (well, at Best Buy, it's $19.99 or something), but at least I just saw it, so it'll be fresh in my mind for when I see the sequel.

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (single disc edition)
I choose to buy that one since the Ultimate Edition should be available in 2011 and I don't like double dipping.
But I gotta say I am sickened by the lack of standard features on the disc. My mom is deaf and she was so excited to see the movie, then I found out the disc lacks english subtitles for the hearing impaired. I know they are pushing BD, but skimping out on closed captioning is just pathetic.

That's a shame 'cause that's some damn good television right there.
