Wow, interesting choice for Selena Gomez. I kind of like the track listing for this. Except may be I wish someone else was singing What I've Been Looking For, I'm getting tired of Part of Your World and If I never Knew You, and I wish Demi Lovatto would have recorded a new track.
But other than that, it looks really promising.

M.Musso covering Stand Out? that sounds pretty good. Though I think he should've covered Eye To Eye.

As for Debbie Ryan's 1st Disney Song, I hope she does a fair cover and I agree bout Selena pickin another song, Trust In Me is a classic song but the tone carries a sleepy quality

4. Tiffany Thornton – If I Never Knew You (The Princess and the Frog
I think there are 2 typo's either they have the wrong song or the wrong movie....If I Never Knew You is from Pocahontas....Never Knew I Needed is from Princess and the Frog via Ne-Yo

As well as the Part of your Wolrd being in Aladdin listing....

Oh wow, kind of sad nobody else caught that.. actually I kind of did, but thought I misread and didn't bother rereading.

No David Archuleta or Jordin Sparks I see. :( The only one on there I would like to hear is Drew Seeley's "Her Voice." So I guess it's a no-buy for me this round.

Can’t wait for DisneyMania 7? Walt Disney Records has just added a page to promote their album at Disney.com. Click here [ http://disneymusic.disney.go.com/albums ... ania7.html ] to listen to :30 clips of each song, including the hot tracks: Little Wonders by Savannah Outen, When She Loved Me by Bridget Mendler, Real Gone by Honor Society and Stand Out by Mitchel Musso. What was Alyson Stoner thinking with her flower child version of What I’ve Been Looking For?

My track-by-track (clips) thoughts:

01. I like it!

02. Props to Selena for even just thinking to do this song. Sounds good!

03. I think, for me, it's hard to match the original- Billy Ray's version disappointed me, and this just doesn't sound nearly as good as the original.

04. They're actually doing "If I Never Knew You" as a ballad! Yay, Tiffany! I like the Cheetah Girls version, but this one seems a lot better!

05. I <3 Mitchel for thinking to do this song, and I think this has been my most anticipated song off the album. Sounds excellent!

06. I need to double-check what movie this is from...I'm not a KSM fan in general, and not knowing the song, I don't really have thoughts on it yet.

07. I really like Savannah Outen- I just love her voice. Sounds awesome.

08. I didn't realize that BooBoo's voice didn't change yet...not to be rude, but I just didn't know. Sounds like a girl (says the Hanson and Jonas Brother fan...go figure. :p). I'll need to hear more of the song to see how much I like it.

09. I like it. It's different from Jordan Pruitt's version, so far at least due to Jordan having such a unique voice.

10. I've already heard this. I <3 Drew Seeley, so of course it's amazing.

11. Awesome song choice! Interesting arrangement. Sounds alright, I guess. I'm sure I'll like it if I hear the whole thing.

12. I do like her voice (I've heard her sing elsewhere, too)...the arrangement isn't anything special. I prefer the rock versions by Miley and Skye Sweetnam, I think.

13. Interesting. I adore this song in HSM...I like it. It's different, which is great in Disneymania. Good job, I say.

14. Obviously we all know this song. I <3 Demi, and I do like this song a lot.

15. It's been a while since this song was done on a DM album, so that's good. Maybe Debby doesn't have the strongest voice and she needed a song like this? It's just alright.

What's interesting with this volume is that Drew Seeley's "Her Voice" is a remake of the Broadway song, which he himself performed in the show! And Demi's song was always hers.

T2 Exclusive: The fan reaction to several songs on DisneyMania 7 has been very critical since Walt Disney Records added them online. One of the tracks not receiving high marks is "Under The Sea" by Booboo Stewart (Twilight: Eclipse). It turns out that song was recorded over 3 years ago after T-Squad broke up. The song was recycled by Disney to take advantage of the attention he’ll be getting in the next few months.
So maybe his voice has changed. That would make sense... It makes you think, though- how many other songs have been recorded for Disneymania but never released...?

That'd be intresting, heck I'm surpised that some of the Japan covers hadn't made any cuts.

I had to listen to Stand Out from A Goofy Movie and I think Michtel's voice could easly work for this. As for Allison Stoner's flower power verison of What I've Been Lookin For....she could've done bet'ter tone for it.

I already have that song because he recorded a pop version of the song and it was available for free download back in June, when he was the replacement Eric.

I have to say, I'm actually pretty excited for this Disneymania. And If I Never Knew You on a CD as a ballad? YES!

It's not the music video, just Selena talking about the song and Disneymania. I still think that it's awesome that she chose this song.
