Johnny Cash - Hurt

I don't know but I think this was his very last song that he ever did. I'm really not to much of a Johnny Cash fan because I haven't heard much of his music but this is a good song. I still haven't seen Walk the Line yet but I want to.

This version of that song was horrible. I'm still surprised about that. Johnny Cash covering Nine Inch Nails... I still nearly expect to be pinched out of that reality. But at least he was old and sick, so he could get away with doing that. I'm not saying the original was untouchable, but I'm not sure Cash would have been able to understand The Downward Spiral. And the sickest thing? All the Republicans who love the song and love Johnny Cash, when Trent Reznor is a Liberal. Well hey, hell, when was cashing in on a senile old bat's lunacy anti-liberal? Whatever.

No offense to any crazy people who liked Cash's version of the song. It was just like first-rate press for '05's Walk the Line. Poor Reese Witherspoon. Oh the humanity...
