2099net was kind enough to send me a bunch of screencaps from the R2 transfer. So I can post those and we can compare R1 to R2, although I doubt the differences will be particularly noticeable.

On the DVD the color looks great! It looks way better than the older video! :)

To be honest I bought the newer Dumbo video first than I bought the DVD, so it was the video! ;)

weird, cause dumbo hasnt been restore ala snowhite and sleeping beauty, the case does say its been digitally restored and remastered

if you need more caps just ask :) maybe the PAL transfer is diff. from the NTSC

The Audio Commentary on Sleeping Beauty has a different song versions of the fairies make a cake and dress and fairies put the castle to sleep scenes.

Ohhhhh, I thought you meant like when someone's talking and you hear the film in the background that you're hearing different score. That's neat, though. :D

You're crazy! :lol: Actually, I won't be able to ever get on here after today. My parents say that I'm obsessed with Disney, and so it's today or never!!! :cry: Oh well. I'll hopefully visit here again.

That really sucks! Why would they want to deprive you of Disney - especially when there's nothing wrong with it? Everyone has a hobby.

I don't know if this applies to Captain Hook, but for one thing...just about every person above the age of 25 in my family thinks it's high time me, my sister, and my teenage cousins to give up watching cartoons/anime. All the old folks thinks us young'uns are too old for cartoons/anime.
