I never got around to 101 Dalmatians, Jungle Book, The Rescuers, The Rescuers Down Under, and The Aristocats, but other than that, I have all of them. Oh, and I'm waiting in vain for an uncut version of one of the anthology films of the forties. But what I don't have on DVD I have on VHS.
With my extreme interest in animation history, it's important for me to own them all someday.

I'll buy Cinderella if I have money. I don't own all of the animated classics. I only have Brother Bear, Lilo and Stitch and The Lion King (El Rey León)

Not even close. Of course, I only own 16 of the 44 animated classics, with no intention of ever owning all 44. I think when all is said and done I'll end up with somewhere around 25-28.

Yep I will be 44/44 with official releases. I already have a DVD of Cinderella for one of them reputable Asian Ebayers.

I only have about 15 of them, so no this won't complete mine.

Cinderella definitely won't complete my collection. As of right now, I only collect Disney 2-disc titles and new releases because you never know what will turn SE. The only single disc animated classics I own are:
Fun and Fancy Free
Peter Pan
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Lilo & Stitch (soon to be upgraded to SE)
Treasure Planet
Home on the Range
I own all of Disney's 2-disc animated classics, though, so Cinderella will be a welcome addition to them.

I need alot more than just Cinderella to complete my Disney DVD collection. I don't plan on ever having a full Disney DVD collection though anyway because I don't buy them just for the sake of having the full collection. I only buy the ones I like. I will be buying Cinderella though.

No it won't because I don't have Lady and the Tramp, Jungle Book or Little Mermaid yet.

The only DVDs I have so far are Beauty and the Beast PE, Aladdin PE, and Bambi PE. I'm hoping to get The Lion King PE, Cinderella PE, and Pocahontas SE for Christmas.

As I have many of the animated classics on VHS I shall wait until they run out til I buy them on DVD. Cinderella is still working fine, so I probably won't get it for a while. The only DVDs I have are actually the Fantasia Anthology, Walt Disney Treasures- Silly Symphonys, The Santa Clause 2 and Finding Nemo. As a matter of fact I prefer my movies on VHS, as the only DVD player in our household is in my parents bedroom.

Cinderella will start my Disney DVD collection. I have many of the films on video, but very few on DVD: Mickey, Donald, Goofy The Three Muskateers is the only one I have on DVD and I don't even like it (my mom bought it for herself, but she hasn't watched it yet).

I'm with Dan05 that I only buy the Disney films I like. That's why I won't be buying this since this movie since it isn't good(IMO). So this won't complete my collection because I'm even missing alot of the Disney films I love plus I won't even be buying this movie. Oh well maybe I can get a better start with the Blu-Rays!

For me, it won't because I am still missing a few of the Walt era animated features (Jungle Book, 101 Dalmatians) and a couple of others (Aristocats, Robin Hood, The Rescuers, The Fox and the Hound, up to Basil, The great mouse detective)
(and Lady and the Tramp)

Okay, I'll add my 2c to the thread I started: Cinderella will complete my animated features collection on DVD. I'm still looking forward to owning them ALL in PE, though (... like THAT'S going to happen!). As for celebrations, I think I'll just try to watch all of them before Christmas, read up on the Disney history and all the great animators. Looking forward to it already!

MICKEYMOUSE (how did that username not get taken until now?

), that sounds like a lot of fun... if only I had the dough right now to make an order that large!
No, it definitely won't complete mine, unfortunately. Aside from Cindy, I still need:
Pinocchio
Fantasia
Dumbo
Saludos Amigos
The Three Cabelleros
Make Mine Music
Fun & Fancy Free
Melody Time
Adventures of Ichabod & Mr. Toad
Peter Pan
Lady and the Tramp
101 Dalmatians
The Jungle Book
The Little Mermaid
The Hunchback of Notre Dame
Hercules
Tarzan
Fantasia 2000
Lilo & Stitch
Only the bold ones really count, though, as I'm waiting for re-releases of all the others before I get them, and even the Fantasias and Tarzan might get a re-release one of these days before I can get the OOP copies... who knows.
