Psssh, if you're gonna pay $6.95, you might as well as for a
WHOLE replacement for a better disc, cover, and everything!

A question.......Do I go to Technical Support?? or just ask to speak to a representative??
so let's see...that'd be a replacement BatB DVD/Slipcover and a new "Incredibles" DVD cover.......Should I ask for them ALL at Once??

Here:
1.) Call 1-800-34763
2.) Press "6" for "other"
3.) Press "0" to reach someone.
so yes, just speak to a representative.
Alice, just remember...they don't know you!
Nothing to be scared of.

If you can type a lot on the forum, then you can most definitely talk to a stranger of Disney.
I'm pretty sure you can request it all at once (provided they do have what you are looking for..)
It seems reasonable too don't you think? Save time and shipping costs!

Ok.......so i got the same lady that i got the first time I ever called DCS....and when she heard my voice she didn't sound so happy........
So then blah.blah.blah
I tell her the techinical stuff and she tells me that she'll put me through to the techinal person......then I re-ask if I could get the BatB slipcover and she asks if it came with one I said No and she said well we can't replace it...
Please hold..........
The tech. dude (I forgot to ask for his NAME!

) then gets all my info........blah blah blah....gonna send me something to get more info......I think he said something about replacing it............and there..........
