This is so awesome... I can't wait to have these DVDs! Specially that impressing "On The Frontlines" set... I still can't belive Disney is giving us this material (unedited, I hope...)! Oh well, I just hope they also release more prints this year than last year. I mean, this sets are gonna sell like water... Oh well, I'm still surprised we didn't see any press-release for "Mickey Mouse II" yet!

Because Luke it just a big tease :P
The philosophy: "Keep 'em hooked, and keep 'em coming back".

Disney DVDs - worse than heroin.
And more expensive :D

Actually, they've only issued one disc for Donald. And there's no Disc 1/2 designation on it. Will it only be one disc? That'd be quite odd.

The cover band slip on the disc art for the Donald set says it's a 2 disc set.

I guess the artwork posted (all the artwork posted?) is just a concept mock-up at this stage. We saw how many times the Sleeping Beauty artwork altered.

As for the Mickey set, my guess is that they are holding this information back for a massive Mickey Mouse 75th Anniversary publicity event.

December needs to come sooner. It will be worth the $25 alone for "Victory Through Air Power" on the Wartime set, but with more shorts added on, it's icing on the cake...

Does anyone know of any sites where I could find some information about the features On the Front Lines and Tomorrowland? I'll probably get both as I have yet to be disappointed by the Treasures series, but I'd just a little info before I dive in.

Although, I have to say, I can't wait for Tomorrowland. I know absolutely nothing about what's on it, but I've always had a soft spot for 50's sci-fi and visions of the future. I doubt Walt and his crew will disappoint with their vision of the future. No doubt it'll be very far off , yet startlingly close to reality. And for me the Ray Bradbury interview is the icing on the cake.

I hope that the Donald is 2-disc but sometimes Disney says things that never happen... reminds me of George Lucas, in a weird sort of way.

Oh it WILL be a 2-Disc.
If it's a $29.99 SRP it's a double-disc set or Disney will hear it from a lot of unhappy customers.

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't be a 2-disc set if every other Treasures set is 2-Discs...The official page for Donald lists the running time as 275 minutes, so I'd say there is a good chance of a double disc :D
Looking forward to it a great deal.
Although that Lion King websitehas got me quite excited now too.

Mike - I don't know if we have any information beyond the info posted above (i.e. the stuff found on the official site here). I was a little unsure about it too, in fact I was a little unsure about any non-animated ones. But having seen the Behind the Scenes one (and soon to see the Disneyland USA one), I think I can rest assured that it will be fun, and a must have for a Disney enthusiast.

Having said that, I think I've gone mad and am buying anything with the combination of the letters D, I, S, N, E and Y on it. :P

What about Miramax and Touchstone? Not that I buy all of them, but then I only have 14 DVDs... :(

God no! If I factored in any movie that had the combination of those letters I'd be buying every DVD ever relea...
Oh yeah! I guess I do.

Mind you, I've had to cancel a few this week :( Damn that money thing. Why can't it be like on Star Trek where they have no money...

Oh yeah, I forgot. I actually only have one Miramax DVD, Emma. I want to get Spy Kids someday, and I'm looking forward to Ella Enchanted. I REALLY wish I could find a list of Miramax and/or Touchstone films that is as good as Luke's Disney lists. :)

Wow...
that looks very cool actually.
And it puts to bed fears that it wasn't coming out (who started that rumour anyways? Scallywags :P).
Can't wait until December (although I really will have to...).
