Yeah actually after I said that I found out I know someone who doesn't have high speed access. I just find it odd but now that I thinka bout it I can see a lot of people in Canada without it, the further north you go.
A couple years ago I knew someone who lived in the city and couldn't get high speed but I think that was that where he lived was banned from getting it since the previous tennants stole and did other odd things.
