Minor spoiler: When Hercules was posing for the jug painting, he was wearing a pelt that looked like Scar.

Phil even wipes the paint off of his face using Scar's carcass, if that's what you want to call it. It's pretty obvious... for a second or two you can't even see Phil... just Scar.
If you haven't seen the Beast in Aladdin, keep your eyes on the little toys that the sultan is stacking when Jafar first approaches him.
Has everyone seen Glen Keane in Tarzan? I've never heard before, but I swear that's who it's meant to be. And I know a layout artist who etched his initials in one of the trees Pocahontas rows by during "Just Around the Riverbend."
The artists are always insterting little inside jokes and signatures everywhere, but many of the things that are generally seen as inappropriate are either accidental or are falsely perceived by the audiences who study Disney films much more closely than they'd watch a live action film.

Was surprised at your reply deathie mouse...........I didn't figure you for watching movies for non-prurient reasons. I guess you watch "Roger Rabbit" very often. Probably just to get the cheap thrill.
I thought you were a better person than that. Now I have deducted 1000 points on the respect scale. Considering you only had 1000 points that means you have zero now. What are you going to do to earn those points of respect back???

You'll notice in Monsters, Inc that amoungst Boo's toys are Jessie from Toy Story 2 and either Nemo or Marlin from Finding Nemo. I like how Pixar and Disney put these little things in to catch your attention.
Before anybody jumps all over saying "But that can't be, because Finding Nemo came after Monsters, Inc" one must remember that it takes MANY years to create a CGI movie, and thus Finding Nemo would be well into production by the time Monsters, Inc was finished. It's kind of an advanced cameo appearance
