This is very hard to do. I'm sticking with non-Disney ones, just because we always cover the Disney ones and comedy is often one of many elements in Disney films.
Out of more straightforward comedies, the following are favorites:

The Freshman (the Broderick/Brando version, not the Harold Lloyd one)
