But Mr Toad. The spoons in Titanic were exact reproductions of those on the actual ship! Can your "The Band Played On" boast such authenticity? I think not.

The only question I have is will a DTS soundtrack be included? If so, then the bottom will drop out on the market of all of those $100 DTS LaserDiscs on eBay.

I sorta liked this movie, but I'm more fascinated on the actual ship itself.
I think I'll need to find out more about the extras before making a decision.

Actually, around the time that the movie came out, Avon was selling them. They came in a box endorsed with the name Celine Dion, since they sponsered that tour.
I've kept mine in the box and rarley wear it, just to be on the same side.

That's because he is one.

Well, almost.
I'm really excited for this. As long as it's given good treatment, I'll most likely pick it up.

I just have the VHS version. I'll update just so I don't have to get up and switch tapes halfway through the film!

The 4-Disc sounds like it's going to be a really, really great set. I can't wait to pick it up. Hopefully the DTS track is included if they can fit it. I also really hope at least Leonardo and Kate can join the commentaries or have their own cast track. Other cast members would be welcome, too. Hopefully we also get something from James Horner and the trailer (since it was on the 1-disc). Also, if Celine Dion did a video for My Heart Will Go On, I'd like that included as well, and maybe a short interview with her, since that song was so important to her career and to the film's popularity/legacy.

Actually, Celine Dion did do a video for the song. It's very pretty. I'd love to see that on the dvd.
I too would like some Cast Interviews/director commentaries and such. I think it would be really neat.
