No. The Secret Lab were completely Disney and were set-up mainly to provide special effects work (like Disney's version of ILM). The Secret Lab was never set-up or intended to do "animation", just effects (there is a difference). Perhaps the work on Dinosaur was so massive that CORE were contracted in, but they wouldn't be part of The Secret Lab themselves.

CORE is actually owned by Bill Shatner (or at least, he has a major holding in the company).

Maybe I was wrong about Disney trying to make CORE their Secret Lab, but the point is that Dinosaur wasn't Disney's first CGI movie as it was created together with CORE.

It's interesting. If you look at the special effects credits for Kangaroo Jack for example, you will see that they were done by Disney's The Secret Lab.

It's hard to do a search on IMDB for companies, so The Secret Lab probably did some other non-Buena Vista effects work.

The Secret Lab also did the effect for a number of Buena Vista films. Reign of Fire, 102 Dalmatians, Unbreakable...

Dinosaur isn't classed as an animated movie, its classed as an effect movie. According to IMDB, Walt Disney Feature Animation's involvement is minimal. In fact, while several animators are listed, only one is listed from WDFA.
