Return From Witch Mountain. I like it, but it's not nearly as good as the first Witch Mtn. movie. Save Elliot!
Edit:...And switching to The Ugly Dachsund.

Return from Witch Mountain - I haven't seen it, but I consider the other two to be among the higher tiers of live action Disney.

Aaron - note my change of vote for strategic reasons, may change again to save Pete.

At the very least, we need 1 more vote for Witch Mtn and one more for Dachsund to save Pete.

The Ugly Dachsund. I like Pete's Dragon well enough to wanna save it and though I haven't seen Return from Witch Mountain, I'll be biased and not vote for it since I love the original.

Well it's tied up between these three AGAIN. At least Pete isn't gone, lol. Any suggestions as to how we pick the 2 to leave?

How about we tally up who has even seen the movies in question? I assume that many people haven't seen The Ugly Dachsund, and are voting it off for that reason alone. Naturally, that's the main reason I voted off Return From Witch Mountain

You've stirred my memory for how they handle this on the real show, Renata. They go back to all the rounds, from the first, and count up how many votes have been cast against each 'contestant' in total. I'll go do that now and see if it can apply here.

And it appears this whole thing may have been tainted, as I apparently didn't list The Ugly Dachsund in the tie-breaker, and put Witch Mountain twice, as my ex-girlfriend just pointed out to me.
...Stay tuned for some resolution, lol...

Well if you want I have assigned a number between 1 and 3 to all three possible combinations of movies that could be eliminated.
Aaron - you can choose one of those numbers and those will be the two elimnated.
Alternatively, we could ask two people who havent voted like Loomis and Netty to choose one movie each.

Ok well I used the aforementioned process, and believe it or not, no votes had been cast for any of these movies until the beginning of Round 1.4, so once again- even in adding the tie-breaker and the original, and even with MMP's switch in voting, it was STILL a tie, lol.
So...
I went with what seems to be the next logical approach- applying the same process to the voters instead of the candidates. I went back to Round 1.1 and counted how many times each of the people who voted in this tie-breaker have voted in the Live-Action Survivor thus far, up to the point that this tie-breaker began (I checked, even if I only counted the first 3 sub-rounds, it would make no difference). However many times each person had voted was the number of times their vote counted in the tie-breaker. It also provides a little incentive to participate more often. Does that make sense?
This was the closest way to how the show handles it that would work here, and allows itself to be applied uniformly and without bias to each film. Hopefully everyone will think it's fair. So the new precedent is this: in the case of a 3rd-tie-sudden death, it will go to the total # of votes cast against a movie. If that still results in a tie, as was the case with this, it goes to the procedure described above.
In this case:
Luke has voted 7 times
JimmyJackJunior has voted 7 times
Pinkrenata has voted 7 times
MickeyMousePal has voted 7 times
DisneyKid has voted 3 times
DisneyGuru has voted 3 times
I have voted 7 times
Hennie has voted 5 times
Dacp has voted 4 times
LeiaP22 has voted 1 time
re77 has voted 1 time
CJ has voted 7 times
Therefore,
The Ugly Dachsund has 18 votes against it,
Pete's Dragon has 16 votes against it, and
Return From Witch Mountain has 21 votes against it.
Therefore, Return From Witch Mountain (by a long shot) and The Ugly Dachsund are the 2nd set of 2 (out of 4) to leave in this round.
Come back for Round 1.5, which I'll go post now.

Sounds good - I dont think it requires a whole lot of thought anyways, no way any of them are going to win it all or even make it to the top 10(although originally I would have thought Pete might stand a chance of getting to the last 10)

Sorry, I was typing mine while your's was posted. I thought about both of these and they are very good ideas. But then there's the risk of people accusing secrecy with the numbers and bias in choosing who to ask (we all know who likes what here). And then you have to wait on responses, too, and it would be nice to move on. However, if it's a big deal, we can reconsider. Do you have a big problem with the way I had posted above? Sorry for not seeing your post before I posted mine.
