Kram: King Henery Basically Delicious Chocolate Milk? What's this? I know we use Kings Have Diamonds -M- Diamonds Cost Money = Kilo, Hecta, Deca, Metre/Litre/Gram, Deci, Centi, Milli.
We're the same for when school starts and ends. When do you start and finish, Aaron?
yoda - That's the mnemonic device we learned for the metric system. It's the same (Kilo, Hecta, Deca, Basic, Deci, Centi, Milli.) except the middle term is basic for meters, liters, and grams. That's weird how in Canada the suffix is -er/-re. Did you guys learn "Please Excuse My Dear Aunt Sally" or "Purple Eggplants Make Delicious Afternoon Snacks" for Order of Operations? Parenthesis, Exponent, Multiplication, Division, Addition, Subtraction.
And to Loomis, I hope this isn't a stupid question, but does it snow in Australia? I miss snow and would rather be in snow than in the heat. I absolutely LOVE winter!
