Why? A Bug's Life is by far the least deserving of all of these. I don't consider it a classic and it's the weakest of the Pixar films. Nightmare can hold its own even alongside Toy Story.

The tribe has spoken! The 13th animated film to be ousted from this game's Disney Island is The Nightmare Before Christmas, after a somewhat close round (though we've certainly had closer). Come back to narrow down the final 5 in the next round!
