Is it possible that somehow DVDFile got Mulan 2-Disc out of "Mulan 2"?
You are right - it is gone now!

But it was there this morning! Honest!

I panicked and thought it was an old cache of DVDFile, then realised there was specific info regarding the Aladdin release. It was DEFINITELY there, with a PICTURE of Mulan only a few hours ago.

Perhaps BVHE asked them to take it down?

Just in from Buena Vista Home Entertainment is the return of the Disney 1998 animated smash Mulan, which will get a new two-disc special edition on October 26th. Released once before on DVD back in 1998 in a bare bones edition, the studio will heavily market this new redux along with their upcoming Platinum Edition of Aladdin. While bonus features have not yet been announced, this two-disc set will feature a remastered anamorphic widescreen transfer, Dolby Digital 5.1 surround track, bonus featurettes, games and more to come. Retail will be $29.95, and stay tuned for the full details in the coming weeks.
I copy/pasted it so if the link doesn't work, they can just read this.

Obviously, the new 2-disc set is a chance to cross-promote the original movie with the crappy sequel, but who cares... This is great news ideed!
Let's hope they include all those deleted scenes and art materials that are in the vault!!!
I completely agree with you. Mulan is perhaps the release i'm looking forward most. I think there is a whole deleted sequence about chinese shadows, do you know something about it?

By the way, the link you were talking about works for me.

Before I get too excited, does anyone know if this is true?

I've checked all around and can't find any other sites with any other information.

Same with me. Which is why I'm holding off reporting it on the front page.

Hmm...I starting to think that this aint real
Or the screwballs at Disney have done it again for putting out a DVD so quick with so much crap. Hey, they ruin The Lion King Platinum Edition (Platinum whatever!) and now I fear theyre doing the same to Mulan

IS there even a difference between Plantinum and Special. TLK and BatB kept being advertise as SE and they have a few tiny text on the Dvd Boxes that say Plantinum and then the rest is Special Edition

What gives yo?

I can't wait for this to come. I've held off buying Mulan for so long. It's one of the better animated films besides the platniums. The link has worked for me several times this morning actually. I seem to think it's pretty accurate. DVDFile has been pretty good lately.

Well, there were reports that Mulan had been added to the "Platinum List" in one of the European countries last year.

I'm doubtful if this is true, DVDFile seems to post the news a few days later than most other sites, so I'm not sure about this.

But it's not impossible (and it seems like its the logical time to re-release Mulan).
