I saw that video on the Drudge Report... I'm not sure that what I saw was necessarilly intentional groping. I'm sure the woman actually thinks she was (what's in it for her? She's not filing a complaint or anything... maybe she just wants attention), but we don't see enough on the video to be sure that it's anything except the end of a costume paw accidentally coming close to her breast.
But they say they have credible complaints from dates before this particular employee was even there!
I was taught in elementary school, and by my parents, that a lot of kidnapping and stuff could go on DisneyWorld, so to be careful when we went, and that it was a haven for pedophilia. Wizzer, that certainly is disturbing! People just need to be really careful down there. Hopefully this doesn't blow up for Disney... but hopefully no one is molested, either.

Yeah, that made cable news, suprisingly. From the video I saw, I didn't think there was clear groping there, anyways. There's a shadow of a doubt at any rate. If I was Disney, though, I wouldn't be so keen on rehiring him, but that could get messy, legally.

I have experience dressing up as a giant mascot, as a Kodak Colorkin in a costume that was very similar to the Tigger one. Those things are way to cumbersome and you have absolutely no periferal vision. If you were standing next to someone and putting your arm around them there is absolutely no way you would know where the characters hand was resting. The jury made the right choice. No way on earth could he have been doing anything intentionally.
