Like most Marvel films.

Eh, I actually enjoy most of them. I will not pretend they're high art, but for me they're nice ways to spend an afternoon at the movies with some friends.

I agree. I enjoy the majority of Marvel films, personally. I buy select few of them, but I’ve been happy watching how superhero movies have taken over this past decade or more. The ones I grew up on pale in comparison to the ones put out now, both in the plot, acting, and special effects. And the comedy is usually incredibly well-done. Even in the case I don’t love them enough to buy, I at least walk away having enjoyed the experience, which is more than I can say for the majority of WDAS’s new films these days, actually (and, it goes without saying, but also more than PIXAR or the vast majority of the live-action remakes in general).

That's cool! I love it when they do neat little tricks like that.

Watched this this morning and thought it was pretty bland, so your typical Marvel movie. Florence Pugh is a real highlight though, even with an ill-humored joke that I didn't care for.
This article talks a lot about the problems I had with the film and how this solo adventure ultimately just comes way too late.
I'm honestly not sure why I keep watching these. I've watched maybe half of them and have only really enjoyed the three
Captain Americas and
Black Panther, but the rest range from pretty awful to mediocre. Maybe I just hope there'll be a good one every once in awhile.
