Watched it at my sister's place streaming, not on Blu. Pretty good movie. It's a great whodunnit based one Edgar Allen Poe's poems. Feels a little like the Sherlock Holmes movies but with a little more gore.

This was in reference to that last DVD release where Spielberg took his buddy George's advice and added CGI enhancements.

The Woman in Black

Probably the best ghost/haunted house movie since The Others. It was great. Made me jump in a few spots. It was a blind-buy, but I'm glad I picked this one up and added it to my Blu-Ray library.

A fun little movie. Might have gotten a little bit too 'hectic' near the end.

Seen it before but I completely forgot what happened in it. Really enjoyed this 2nd viewing. Cusack had the bottle of booze, all he needed was a hot tub and can of Chernobly.

Halloween and Halloween II (Scream Factory release)

With just over a week until Halloween, got into the Halloween series. The first is a classic. Started to watch the second but got halfway thru because something came up, will finish it in a couple days. However, what I saw of the Scream Factory release, the PQ was great! For an older movie, the restoration was up there with the Jaws release.

Couldn't stand this one. I wish Michael Myers killed everyone, including the crew that made this movie. Why the hell were the girls all giddy? Why was Fonzie in this? Why did Loomis act like a moron? And most importantly, why were there no boobies?

My school gets out early on Halloween, and I planned a horror movie marathon because of it. I've always wanted to do this, and I thought I'd share with everyone.
Movie Line-up:

4:55 P.M. - Night of the Living Dead (1968)
6:32 P.M. - Carnival of Souls (1962)

11:45 P.M. - Halloween: Resurrection (2002)
And that takes me to 1:20 A.M.
What do you guys think? I know "Resurrection" is considered the worst of the series, but I personally like it.
