And more news for Europe: The Fox and the Hound blu-ray is scheduled for late April, 24.4., but the European release will be different because the blu-ray of sequel will be separated, no combo or two movies on one disc

Yes please.

What's so wrong about the 3 movie dvd? Yeah it doesn't look great but Disney always do those '3 movie' dvd's. I doubt many would like them since people prefer getting dvd's seperatly but it's not awful or anything.

Does anyone know if North America typically gets releases before or after these countries? I guess if we had any chance of getting Tarzan before March it would probably be available for pre-order by now.

in Greece we don't "know" what's gonna be released on BD until 2 weeks before. that's when we get the official press info. on the BD era, we haven't had a single Disney release before the US (except some of the sequels). hope that helps.

Plus, most of the time, release date windows are small (observe Sotiris' list for Lady And the Tramp - all releases are fairly close to each other). I guess the US will get these during spring. the first time I contacted Disney's distributor in Greece she said that Pocahontas and tarzan should be released "until June". That should be the release date window for these two

There is no rule, I guess- at least not for Germany. Sometimes we get releases a few weeks/ months earlier and sometimes (actually more often) we have to wait a little longer.

Disney Movie Reward's Facebook posted this "Edgar Rice Burroughs created Tarzan and John Carter, with both characters making their first published appearances in 1912." both characters are 100 years old this year. I hope they release the blu-ray this year
