Don't you like Aladdin himself?

Yeah, but I don't LOVE him. Like most young guys, he's pretty cocky and full of himself. Kinda sick of how rewarded that is in our society. Sure, he has redeeming qualities, especially considering the conditions he is coming from, I know, that's why I like him. I like the others more though.

This is a really, really, REALLY tough choice. I recently re-watched Aladdin and was reminded exactly why it's such a good film. Actually, now that I think of it, having to choose my favorite elements from it, I think it's one of the most perfect films the Disney Company ever did. It doesn't have a single dull moment; it never drags; it doesn't have one character or song I don't like. I think it's high time I put this one a lot higher on my top 10 list of Disney animated Classics.
Character: I'm still in doubt. Should I pick Genie, Iago or Jafar? As hilarious as I think Gilbert Gottfried's Iago is, I still go with Genie. His antics are just too funny, and he shows he has a great heart, too, when he saves Al's life and, of course, when he proposes Al uses his last wish not to set him free, but to be with the one he loves. That's incredibly sweet.
Song: all are equally good. I think it's a tie between 'One Jump Ahead' and 'Prince Ali'. I know they often get overlooked in favor of the more iconic 'Whole New World' and 'Friend Like Me', but there's lots of awesome, incredible, hilrious lyrics in there, and the delivery is impeccable.
Scene: if my life depended on it and I *had* to choose: the first encounter between Aladdin and the Genie. (Or else every scene where Jafar and Iago plot together.)

Character: Jafar
Song: "A Whole New World"
Scene: The brief moment when Jafar turns into a genie and Jafar´s "Aladdín Reprise"; really scary both moments.

Character: I am separating this into two categories: Genie (From a kid's perspective), Jafar (From an adult's perspective)
Song: "Friend Like Me"
Scene: Jafar hypnotizing the sultan with his Cobra cane.
