Sake...

I guess even God needs to kick back and forget about life's crap sometimes.
disneyboy wrote:"Wash your hands of the responsibility of Christ's death again and again with this Pontius Pilate soap. Good times."
I'm surprised the Pope didn't introduce some special soap that is the only kind God will accept in the forgiveness of sins.

You can find DVDs of this show on amazon, or youtube
I think Veggie tales does a better job at the bible lessons than than this show. I was never a fan of it...It was almost too odd to be taken seriously....maybe if it was a cartoon series it may pass but as a Live Action series and movies....it just didn't make sense....and I felt Christian Cartoon Shows and I was a big fan of the McGee and Me Series
http://www.mcgeeandme.com/
and I was a big fan of Gerbert, which probably many people on here has never heard of him.
Here's the Wikipedia link to info about Gerbert
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gerbert_(TV_series)
and here is a link of some clips from the show
http://gerbert.tv/
Also here's the official website of BibleMan

Oh my gosh?!?! Bibleman! I remember Bibleman!
I saw Bibleman Live with my cousins once when we were little. I don't remember much else about it, though... I know my cousins had Bibleman light sabers though.

I'm glad Christianity has a sense of humor; if these were images of Muhammed (peace be upon him) people would be getting killed!

I think these companies made the items without consulting Christians....the main thing behind these items is the makers of this stuff are thinking like the Infamous Lickboot, who would sell his mom for a penny if he had the chance
*Breaking News* Lickboot has ordered a press conference...regarding why he thinks items like this exist and why the were created

@ disneyboy: That statue with Jesus and Mickey, is that supposed to be Vladimir Lenin holding Mickey's other hand?
Disney Duster wrote:Goliath, I could easily say the same of you, that you need perspective. The girl who bought those glasses obviously knows that it is ironic and she's treating Jesus as something unholy because she doesn't believe in the guy she's wearing, and even Alphapanchito, her friend, said it might have been for irony.
No, in fact you couldn't say that about me, because I'm not the one going apeshit over a f*cking pair of sunglasses. How is it "treating Jesus as being unholy" by wearing sunglasses? The girl was an atheist anyway, so she didn't think of Jesus as being 'holy' anyway. So even if she hadn't bought the glasses, she still wouldn't think he was holy. But you act like there's some malevolent thought-process behind it. There isn't: it's just a chick who bought glasses. NOW do you get what I meant with 'perspective'?
Disney Duster wrote:Basically, you're telling me not to treat something I think is holy...as something holy.
I'm not telling you to do anything. I just asked you to be not such a drama-queen over something as trivial and insignificant as a pair of glasses that somebody you don't know bought and wears for reasons you neither understand nor is any of your business.
Disney Duster wrote:But I don't care if you disagree with any of this at all, because it's quite clear that you're just going to respond very angrily to me instead of calmly trying to actually understand my points.
Yeah, that must be it.

Reading through an old FHM Magazine, I just discovered a little article with pictures of -I'm not kidding- a dildo with Jesus on it. That's right, you can now scream "Oh Jesus, I'm coming!" and it'll not be a figure of speech.
I won't post the picture here.
(And no, Chris, I'm not gonna scan it and send it to you by PM.)

Why would I be interested in a dildo? I'm a man not a woman.
And I've seen worse anyway like fanart of Jesus having 8 dicks coming out of his nipples.
And a fanart that Says "Jesus-Fucking-Christ" which is basically a Jesus literally fucking another Jesus copy.

Goliath, your actually the one who's dropping the f bomb over the glasses, aren't you? Those sunglasses shouldn't have been made in the first place. The girl who bought them does not like Jesus, her beliefs are against him, so why would she buy them? If she really bought them because she liked them and was unaware that they would offend (even though the only way she wouldn't know they would offend would be if she lived under a rock), then I would kindly tell her they offend me and if she kept on going with them obviously she would then have a bad intention.
If you disagree, guess what? It's your perception against mine!
Super Aurora, your offending me too. But I know you're just kidding and just trying to have light fun? Yea. I'll have to let that go. You're not wearing Jesus sunglasses.

I think the girl bought the sunglasses completely aware that they would possibly offend and just doesnt care.
And maybe she bought them cuz she thought they were funny? I mean,

Or maybe she doesn't have any bad intentions, but she simply thinks you're an over-reacting drama-quee who needs to get some kind of perspective (that's not the same as perception!) and you should get over it. People wear those kind of things because they like them; there's no deeper thoughts behind it. And if you can't handle that, well, that's too bad for you.
