I think Veggie tales does a better job at the bible lessons than than this show. I was never a fan of it...It was almost too odd to be taken seriously....maybe if it was a cartoon series it may pass but as a Live Action series and movies....it just didn't make sense....and I felt Christian Cartoon Shows and I was a big fan of the McGee and Me Series

I think these companies made the items without consulting Christians....the main thing behind these items is the makers of this stuff are thinking like the Infamous Lickboot, who would sell his mom for a penny if he had the chance

If she really bought them because she liked them and was unaware that they would offend (even though the only way she wouldn't know they would offend would be if she lived under a rock), then I would kindly tell her they offend me and if she kept on going with them obviously she would then have a bad intention.

Or maybe she doesn't have any bad intentions, but she simply thinks you're an over-reacting drama-quee who needs to get some kind of perspective (that's not the same as perception!) and you should get over it. People wear those kind of things because they like them; there's no deeper thoughts behind it. And if you can't handle that, well, that's too bad for you.
