you may be considered the troll.

Really?!? In that case...
OMG YOU GUYS! GLEE IS, LIKE, THE BEST SHOW EVER! Anyone that criticizes this show is an idiot. The music is beautiful and the characters are very deep. HOLY CRAP KURT IS SO ADORABLE I WANT TO EAT HIM UP!
Remember, why waste your time watching shows like The Voice and American Idol when you can watch something meaningful and worthwhile like Glee?
Now watch me as I make the same point over and over again, right down to ignoring warnings made by the mods of this forum to tone down my passive/aggressive trolling, because I REALLY love this show and I want EVERYONE to know about it! So see ya in a couple of posts!

sexy.......lol
nice troll faces but nothing beats this one:

OK, guys, here's the deal. I decided to erase my previous messages. At the time, I thought they were funny satire on the trolling that goes on the Glee thread. But then after reading Frankenollie's Anti POTC thread, I realized that these "anti" threads help no one in the end.
Here's what both camps need to realize...
People like Glee, deal with it.
People don't like Glee, deal with it.
But it seems that people can't understand that and thus continue to troll each other. You all know who I am talking about. Dude, we KNOW you hate Glee with a passion and I am sure you are well aware that you are trolling the thread.
These anti threads say to me that no one is capable of accepting someone else's opinions to the point where each side must build a "camp" to hold their opinions. We are adults here, we SHOULD be able to say that we like something or don't like something without being bashed or ridiculed. If that happens that's why the rules and mods exist.
Sorry for my behavior.

I made this "anti" thread as a joke, although at the same time, hoped it could be used as a serious "this is why I dislike Glee" thread for those who wish to share those opinions and not be attacked in the regular "Glee" thread. I also hoped it would allow the other "Glee" thread to no longer be home to such grievances, but the latest post there (with a phrase "wish it were the series finale" or something similar) shows that that will never happen.
It's upsetting that the atmosphere on the forums are in such a state that there is even a perceived need for any "pro"-this and "anti"-that threads. Especially when one gets created as a joke (this one), while another is done in all seriousness (the POTC one).

I hope no one took my goofing around in here seriously. Except for the Milk Buds. I'm always serious about the Milk Buds.
I did see this thread as an obvious joke and perhaps a way to let off some steam over the obvious and annoying trolling in the other thread. I can totally deal with people disagreeing with my tastes, and I even enjoy being able to discuss differences of opinions in a civil manner. What I fail to grasp is why people feel the need to bash things simply out of resentment over their popularity. If you actually don't like something and want to say so, that's cool. But if you harbor resentment over others liking what you don't to the point of feeling the need to start what is basically a "hate" thread, well, I don't even know what to say to that. I'd rather not see serious "anti" threads become a trend around here; that amount of negativity can't be healthy for the community and will likely end up dividing members.
. . .
On a lighter note, I actually bought some Milk <strike>Buds</strike> Duds for the first time in ages when Rey took me to see the new Pirates movie this weekend.

And quickly remembered why I never buy the things . . . my poor teeth will never be the same.

Same here. That's the only trolling I like.

My mom likes this show, as does my two brothers, dad, sister-in-law and wife. And yet, I hate it. Rather straight to the point, yes?

Everyone knows how much a disliked this show, but I will say that I am glad that it over so Jane Lynch can get on with her career. She is so much better than the character she played on "Glee" and I can finally be rid of this 'phoney' series that lasted too long in my book.
I don't ever remember a full orchestra (unseen by viewers) following me around school, so when I broke out into song they were there. I also objected to 30-somethings playing teenagers, and their odd-ball themed shows that made no sense at all.
Don't get me wrong. I had some favorite episodes that I have transferred to DVD-R to keep forever, but the useless episodes out-number the good ones. I have 16 episodes recorded to DVD-R to have in my collection. But I will stand in the minority and say that I won't miss the show at all.
