I'd add in Gay Purr-ee (1962). It's one of Judy Garland's last films, as well as her only animated film. It was a collaboration between Chuck Jones and UPA Animation Studios. The trailer was not on YouTube, so here's the opening credits.

No doubt it provokes comparisons to The Aristocats, huh?
I wonder if anyone would consider The Last Unicorn obscure? If so, I bring it up for consideration.
