So I saw these at the grocery store today. They are marked about 60 cents higher that a regular brand of eggs. Out of curiosity, I opened the container to look at them and the stamps on the eggs were all smudged. I had to laugh. Who would pay more for eggs with a smudged Disney character's face on the shell, which you are going to throw away anyway?

I can see the characters stamped on Waffles, but this is just ridiculous!

What company are these from?
I love Disney, but this sounds a bit scary. There is just something wrong about it.

I was just thinking........ I heard about a year ago that they were going to start marketing healthy foods like Fruits and Veggies with popular characters in an effort to promote healthy eating. The argument was that most of the food products marketed towards children are very unhealthy. I wonder if this is part of that?

:(

I do recall now seeing Disney ready-meals in the UK...something like Donald Duck's pasta shapes or something. For every gullible lazy mother walking through Tesco... :p

A 'Super Hamburger' sounds either like it has something extra in it that kind of frightens me or that it would jump off the plate and fight crime....

haha I'm a little late but I just glanced at this thread title and thought it was going to be about a new type of Disney Easter Egg decorations or something, but when I saw that youtube video, I just laughed. Disney will seriously market almost anything won't they? Anyway, I think these are just ridiculous, to spend more money on an egg carton with Disney characters and tiny stamps on the shell which get's thown away right after cracking them open. And a Super Hamburger? I guess a sausage patty in the shape of Mickey's head makes it that much more super lol.

We can have all the disney eggs we want, but we don't get to have disc-art on our DVD's anymore....

As far as wasting money goes, i think Disney should re-look where spending is going.
Buy the Blu Rays, they have beautiful disc art!!!

Reyquila, you should definitely keep them out on a shelf next to your DVDs / Blu-rays.
