I just hope they don't drag it out by making more sequels like Air Bud did.......or worse, make "High School Musical: Musical Buddies" starring the "children" of HSM's first stars.......

HSM annoys the heck out of me. One movie was ENOUGH.

That's too fast! Before making that we must see an indepth drama of Troy's babies as they grow in Sharpay's womb, who's acting as a surrogate since Vanessa can't conceive (now there's story for you!). They can have an elaborate music and dance number showing hundreds of Efron-faced sperm cells wooing Vanessa's eggs in a lustily-decorated petri dish!

Oh, and I've never seen one minute of any HSM movie, in case any of you are wondering.

Can somebody confirm this?

I really didn't know about a mexican version, but there was definitely one in Argentina. It had the same name that the brazilian but in spanish "High School Musical: El Desafío". There was an American Idol's style live cast. Three actors of that movie are actually presenters of a TV Program.
