Let's continue...
Have Ron briefly explain about snatchers and the taboo and have Harry say Voldemort's name. Lucius and some of the other nameless DEs show up, and they get taken to MM. Hermione wont screw up Harry's face because it will eat too much time.
The scene is greatly altered from the book. Bella finds the sword and flips out, sends the three of them to the dungeon and sends for Griphook. Luna, Olivander, Griphook and Dobby (since Sirius' mirror does not exist in the films, Dobby can't be sent to scene by Aberforth because he doesn't know it's happening, therefore he has to be there already) are there. While Bella is torturing Griphook, Luna tells the Tale of the Three Brothers to the group to keep their minds off the screaming. When Bella sends for Hermione, Harry and Ron jump Wormtail, who then dies. While Hermione is getting tortured Dobby, with persuasion from Harry, decides to break everybody out. He first takes Griphook, Luna and Olivander and then moves Ron and Harry to where Bella is torturing Hermione. The duel happens and Harry takes Malfoy's wand. Dobby takes R/H to safety first and then comes back to save Harry just as Voldemort arrives. Bella throws what she believes to be the fake sword of Gryffindor which impales Dobby who then dies in Harry's arms just outside Shell Cottage (which now belongs to Lupin/Tonks).
Cut to the end of Dobby's funeral. As everybody is leaving Harry carves the tombstone. Inside SC Hermione discovers that the tale of three brothers is in the book DD gave her and Olivander explains the Elder wand more. Harry then talks to Griphook and they come up with the plan to break into Gringotts. The night before they leave Harry sees Voldemort stealing the wand from DD grave.
The four of them leave Shell Cottage and head to Gringotts. This is the only time Polyjuice Potion is used with the exception of multi-potters scene. The stuff with the gaurds and Thicknese is cut. They just go into the bank in disguise. The waterfall changes them back and they see the Dragon. Inside the vault happens exactly as it does in the book and they escape on the back of the blind dragon and fly to the forbidden forest.
After getting off the Dragon Harry has the vision of Voldemort learning about the Horcruxes destruction and sees the diadem at Hogwarts. They apparate to Hogsmeade and get rescued by Aberforth.
Abe tells them the story of Arianna's death and then smuggles them into Hogwarts. The search for the Diadem is cut, but Snape's departure is witnessed and Voldemort launches his attack right after. Harry gets everybody to leave the RoR and Harry/Ron/Hermione make it in. Malfoy's gang shows up and Crabbe launches the fiendfyre and dies. Harry saves Malfoy's life. They enter the battle raging outside the RoR and witness Fred's death. Voldemort then announces that Harry has until midnight to turn himself over. He goes to great hall and sees Lupin and Tonks' bodies.
Hoping for advice Harry then goes to the Headmaster's office under the cloak and sees Nagini kill Snape. Voldemort leaves and Harry throws off the cloak and Snape gives him the memories which he immediately puts in the pensive and views.
The young Snape/Lily stuff can be combined into one memory (Petunia needs not to be there), Snapes Worst Memory can be shown in its entirety, Snape begging for help, Dumbledore explaining Harry being a Horcrux and Snape needing to be the one to kill DD, we also need to see Snape's patronus.
Harry leaves the office and runs into R/H who show him the mangled cup, but he takes no interest. He puts his cloak on and heads to the forest. He sees Hagrid being pulled in by the acromanutulla. The forest scene with the dead people is shortened (Sirius and Remus don't really need to be included here) and Harry confronts Voldemort. He is hit with AK and falls. The screen goes black for about 30 seconds before a white fog begins to break the darkness.
Harry's body (clothed; unfortunately) appears lying in the mist. And Dumbledore comes forward. Their chat is shortened, but we do see Voldemort's soul at King's Cross. Harry goes back.
We see Voldemort returning to his feet and ordering Narcissa to check the body from Harry's point of view. The Cissy/Harry interaction is exactly like it is in the book. Harry's body is crucioed and Hagrid is made to carry him out.
The announcement of his death is exactly like it is in the book. The screams the silencing charms and Neville rebels and kills Nagini.
They begin to battle. We see Molly and Bellatrix's fight and the "bitch" line is included. Bellatrix dies and Harry reveals himself to be alive.
The showdown between Voldy and Harry is pretty much the same, only the dialog is made more interesting and climactic. They shoot their spells and Voldy dies. The big hug happens with the screams of ecstasy and such.
Cut to the celebration feast. Luna gives the distraction and Harry gets Ron and Hermione and goes back to the office. Somebody has moved Snape's body though blood remains. Dumbledore praises Harry and the movie ends with A smiling trio walking away from Dumbledore's portrait.
Cut the epilogue.
That's roughly how I envision the movie.
