Definetly agree with a Japan. Make a Tanuki as a comedic mascot character.

Mulan was during the Mongul's, so Disney has covered ancient Japan already.

Thumbelina (who can say "Duh?")
The Great American Mousical (based after the book by Julie Andrews)
The Last Whangdoodle- because this movie has to be made. It's one of Julie's best books, and it'd be a perfect "Enchanted" just switched from real world to animated world.

Okay, I had to add this. A live-action Gargoyles movie with CGI Gargoyles. I'd call it Gargoyles- Part One: We Live Again.

Another who confuse China and Japan.....-___-

FYI, China and Japan have drastic different culture. buildings, lifestyle etc.

It's kinda easy to tell.

I just looked up "The Great American Mousical", and I think that could be really cute if done right. All the songs in it could be done by Menken / Schwartz and be pastiches of well-known Broadway songs. I'd see it.

I think they'd be reluctant to do "Thumbelina" if only because of Don Bluth's ill-fated version. Ditto for "Chanticleer".
