No,you don't play as damsles,the Disney Princesses arn't damsles (in fact-in the Disney Princess games they are even more heronic,everyone of them),do you think Ariel or Pocahontas are damsels?.
And by the way-do you think Halloween Town will be back?.

I don't think Atlantica & Agrabah are going to make it either since they already used all the good plots, and that Birth By sleep takes place 10 years before KH1/2. So it is a smart choice for square soft to pick Cinderella and the Sleeping Beauty worlds, since theyre worlds were destroyed. I also think Snow White and The Sword in the Stone would be great choices coz Snow White got her world destroyed as well in KH1 and also the prequal would be a good chance to show us where Merlin was origanly from before Sora first met him in Traverse Town.

But the worlds came back in the end! these worlds were exicted in Kingdom Hearts II,you just don't visit them.
Yeah,maybe they did used those worlds too much (Agrabah is just... how many times you can have fun fighting Jafar? and in Kingdom Hearts II they ruined Ariel and Jack Skellington (what was that nonsense when they were hiding inside a box or when Jack agreed to help Santa so Santa will let him deliver the presents and Sora had to shut him up? and i"m not gonna talk about what they done to my perfact Ariel ),i also think those worlds will be,the Fairy Godmother also said the summon's world were destoryd so maybe we'll see Bambi and Dumbo worlds (Genie has Agrabah,Mushu has Land Of Dargons,Simba have Pride Lands and TinkerBell has NeverLand).

I really liked the way they made us dance to the songs from The Little Mermaid in KH2 (like in Parappa), I hope they do it again to another world, preferably The Jungle Book, since it's most famous for songs like "I Wanna Be like You" I LOVE that song !

I like it too,but i much prefer to see Ariel fight then sing things like "swim along,just join in the song a music for everyone to have a lot of finny fun....",and the whole that Ariel is "need to be saved",she's not,that what they also did the same thing with Belle,Mulan,Alice,Nala and Jasmine,also the made Hercules and Jack Skellington kinda jerks (they make Hercules "i"m-no-hero-i"m-a-nobody-boo-hoo",that's not Hercules,and Jack only things about deliver presetns (he agree to help Santa only so Santa will let him deliver prestends) he prefer protact Santa then his own town!),i think it will be much better at a Jungle Book world (also-they can save Moglie and that).

I decided to use this thread because it's specific to Birth By Sleep, but it can also be discussed in this other thread that preceded this one and covers all the Kingdom Hearts sequel games. Merging could even be done, but this is all about one of those games.

We've seen shots suggesting worlds for Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella, now we may get a world for Snow White! That means the only princesses of heart who's worlds we haven't seen will finally be seen!

It's really good to see that Snow White has a world too (i wonder if they can fight),altought-the cottage looks very similar to the cottage from Disney Princess:Enchanted Journey (Agrabah and Beast's Castle also looks similar to Jasmine and Belle's levels in Disney Princess:Enchanted Journey,at least Ariel and Cinderella are original),do you think they'll have worlds on Pocahontas,Lilo and Stitch,Sword In The Stone and Enchanted?.

Personally, I would have preferred seeing the PSP game put on PS2 instead, since some Kingdom Hearts fans may not have a PSP or the money to get one just for that one game The one for DS is ok where it is, since Chain of Memories was also on a smaller system. Anyways, IF the price of a PSP is low enough, and the price of the game is low enough I'd consider getting it unless I hear news of it coming to the PS2 at a later date. So far characters who have worlds destroyed previous to the first game are:

Pongo and Perdita
Snow White
Cinderella
Aurora
Dumbo
Bambi
Peter Pan (Hook's ship half counts I would think but still, I mean a FULL world)
Pinocchio
Stitch
Chicken Little
Merlin

Wait,does the Disney character (not villains) are friendly to Roxas and the others? it looks that way (Genie seems friendly to Roxas),it does make sense (they get rid of the Heartless),i wonder if Aladdin,Ariel,Jack Skellington and the other fight with them,too.
About the charcaters-
Peter Pan-NeverLand wasn't destoryed,they just showed the ship and London (it's like saying that the palace in Agarbah was destoryed becouse we didn't saw it).
Pinocchio-they allready had Monstro so i"m not sure that we'll see Pinocchio's village or something.
And the worlds were restored in the end of the game so why are you people they were desotyed?.

Good new! if found a magazine page with new screenshots! it's shows that child who looks like Roxas (or it is Roxas?) with Cinderella behind him (i wonder if she's a party member) altought she seems not to notice him and Malifecent with that guy in Aurrora's castle who's full of vines (advice for him-kill her and make sure that she won't be in the sequel game!):

WOW, THANK YOU!!! I'm very very happy to see Cinderella in correct colors, silver dress and orange/brown hair. I can see there will be a scene inside castle. looks lik the ballroom. It's beautiful! I doubt she's a party member since it's her world, unless a party member means you fight alongside her like Ariel, that would be great!

I think you need Maleficent for all the games, she like the one who controls all the evil, or has a big part in it.

Yeah,a party member is a character that fight,like Ariel in the first and COM and Mulan in the second,i also thought of Aurora (with Philip's sword) but i guess that she sleeps most of the game and it follow the movie.
Malefienct is my favorite Disney villain (with Ursula and Jafar) but in the second... she was talking like a 5 years old girl sometimes ("Oooh,how very frighting" and etc.) and what does she want from Aurora?.
By the way-why only here they show the Snow White,Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty worlds?.

I wish the one game was for PS2....that way I could play it. Though I may have to get a PSP if I can get one cheap enough.

Oh man, I've been behind on the Kingdom Hearts updates! I had no idea there was a third game coming this soon!! I really hope that they make this for PS2 also. Maybe when they see how popular it is on PSP or how sales are low since it's just for PSP, they'll make one for PS2. Perhaps, I'll just get a PSP so I can play KHIII on the buses to class, lol.

I can't imagine having Cinderella fight alongside Sora/Roxas. It's not that Cinderella can't fight, it's just it seems out of her character for her to want to be wielding a weapon. If she does, that would be pretty awesome! Maybe she has pumpkin bombs like The Green Goblin!

Yeah, Maleficent is kind of necessary for the games since she's practically become the epitome of evil and the queen of all Disney villains in the games and Disney theme park shows. The only one I can think to fill her shoes is the wicked queen from Snow White (Grimhilde, in case anyone is wondering). Come to think of it, do you think she'll be in the game since Snow White's world is here?

Agree,Birth By Sleep should have been on PS2,maybe even on the DS (insted of this Chain Of Memories version with Roxas and co.).
She can kick people or something like Ariel and Jack Skellington,not to take a sword and cut Heartless's heads,i thought that Aurora can take a sword.
I don't know if Snow White can fight but i wonder why Belle dosn't fight (Well,she and the Beast are both their film's heroes but maybe they thought that Belle will be playble in Disney Princess games will the Beast won't be playble in any other game so they made the Beast fight).
Also i whould like to see worlds on Pocahontas,Lilo and Stitch,Narnia and Enchanted.
I think that the PSP game might have Sword In The Stone and Bambi as well.

i think kaving the princesses fight is in fact too out of character; although they got away with it with Ariel (she rocked!!!) and they could get away
with it with Jasmin. But i can't picture Aurora, Cinderella, or Snow White fighting with a sword like Ariel'sprince said; but it could be a good idea
to give a lot more depth into the concept of "Princesses of Heart", and may be have them be more attached into the stories or be some other kind of summon.

i'm not expecting too much out of the DS release since Chain of Memories wasn't that good, the PSP release does look good. It really frustrates me
that we have yet to hear of a PS3 release, it's mainly the only reason why i got the Playstation 3, my only consolation is that i can finally play
Kingdom Hearts I and II since i never before owned any console not made by Nintendo.

Wikipedia and Kingdom Hearts Ultimania said that Agrabah will be in the game and also Aladdin will be there,anyone saw any Agrabah screenshots? I think it's wrong,it's a prequel so for example we see young Hercules and etc. so they can't make Agrabah-the first game was about the original film and how Aladdin and Jasmine fell in love so they can't make Agrabah and besides,this game isn't supposed to have the usual worlds like Agrabah,Halloween Town,Atlantica or even Beast's Castle or Port Royal and etc. but worlds like the Snow White,Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty worlds.
Olympus Coliseum is getting really old,in Kingdom Hearts II it was great,in the first game it was really lame,it was some silly training grounds not a real world with good story.

I don't think they're wrong about Agrabah; it came from a press release. It's entirely possible for them to create a young Aladdin (it's shown him several times throughout the series and, I think, one of the sequels in flashbacks as a child). It really wouldn't be that hard. Besides, they could ignore Aladdin altogether. This game seems mostly about Maleficent's search for the Princesses of Heart and it could deal moreso with Jafar than Aladdin. That might also be why Olympus is there--she meets Hades along the line as well.

And, if that's the case, Halloween Town and Atlantica will most likely make appearances (if only in cutscenes, without the player actually going there).
