I saw it today and although I hadn't seen the pilot, it was easy to know what was going on and I really liked it. Donald Sutherland is amazing as is Peter Karuse and they're all just so eccentric and the story is set up very nicely and can lead into different directions.
I'll continue watching to see how the show goes on and if it can get even better or at least stay on the level it is now.

the show is so fresh and suprising.

***SPOILR ALERT****highlight below

Like when Pete Krause was watching the family take the picutre and Donald Sutherland was all, "Who took my journal?".....Peter just said, "I did and I'm trying to find out who killed my father." I seriously about dropped my Soda!

Yeah, that was great!! I thought this would become like a story-arc, but it was surprising that he just admitted it. Genius!
And it also established the Darlings as NOT the villains who are hiding something, but as just some weird, crazy family, who might have some secrets, but as of now not really awful.

You never know, Dottie. The Darling's might have something to do with the murder of Nick's father. Mr. Darling might just have been bluffing. There's certainly something fishy, I think.

The new episode airs tonight!

Agreed. I'm still hardly enamored, but each episode improves. I'm thinking this is one series I'll keep for the whole season.

Did anyone here catch this? I missed all television, this evening, because severe storms came through, and knocked the electricity out all evening. It only just came on. If someone saw it, could you give your opinion and a summary? Thanks!

Good episode.
But I still don't have a clue where this show is leading, though.
I think it's gonna be exciting to see all the secrets come out.

Excellent episode, this evening. I won't go into details about what happens, but, I'll sum up my feelings. This episode showed that this series has a lot of depth to it. These characters are actually growing, and changing, despite their incredible wealth. I was very impressed with this episode, and the direction the show is going in. I think that tonights episode is hitting the stride, and I'm very excited about it!

Excellent episode. I really liked it. It wasn't just about how rich the Darlings are, but it was more about their conflicts and problems. The characters really start to get some depth and the acting is very good.

How cool was Juliet's Marie Antoinette Party?

And I liked the Brian finally got do something else than just being stupid and rude and admitting that "Gustav" is his son. Loved the scene with the little family circle having breakfast.

Let me just say that the new character, that Karen is talking to, who is standing in the door, in only a towel, is HOT! Reason enough, alone, to watch this episode!

That's his name? Well, I could care less what his name is. All I know is that he looks great in nothing, but a towel!

Thanks for giving us his name, though. I was trying to find it, but, came up with nothing! What has he been in? I know that I've seen him, before.

Ah, nevermind! I know where I've seen him. The short-lived Invasion. It's amazing that show didn't survive, just because of him! Crazy!

Yup he was on Invasion ... Third Watch ... and the soon-to-be-airing Football Wives ...
