I had the number wrong. I have Astonishing X-Men #18. I don't really care for how they made Cyclops look in it, not sure what it was but his appearance just bugs me

Yea, I think that's the issue right before Scott comes out of the coma and is all bad ass. I love Scott these days, except I F****** DESPISE Emma Frost. But Astonishing is kicking ass these days, the only down side is that it comes out bi-monthly! GRRR!!!

How could he be in a coma if he was in the mansion? This one takes place when Beast is feral, just after the Hope incident I think (according to one of the links you gave me). I have to agree all the way about Emma Frost, of all the people to leave in charge Too bad Storm's off with Black Panther, she would have made a good Headmistress. What happened with Northstar? From what I remember in his wikipedia profile he was teaching at the mansion (probably a different series though).

He was in a coma cause Emma Frost was in his mind trying to figure out why he didnt have control over his power and she found that he had put a mental block on himself when he was a little kid, and he even blocked out the memory of making the mental block. When Emma took the mental block off, Scott went into a coma. He then woke up and saved everyone in the mansion.

I'm tempted to start making my own X-Men fanfiction storys Not sure where to start though

Go for it! There are millions of X-Men fanfics. Theres really no good way to start, just pick the characters, and let it flow.

I've already started on character lists, I have a decent (IMO) basic plot worked out. I'm not drawing it though haha that would take me forever to do one frame, maybe if I had a friend doing the artwork

Yea, I cant draw to save my life, which makes me sad, really. Oh well.

I've decided to screw with the timelines I'm setting mine before M-Day just so I have a lot more characters to work with. I can't seem to pick who's on what team yet though this could be harder than I thought.

Who's part of the Hellfire Club? I know Emma was White Queen and that Selen is Black Queen I think, I want to try and go with the most recent version of them. Mostly because they will be the primary villains instead of Magneto and the Brotherhood although they will have a major role, as will Emma . Out of curiousity xxhplinkxx, what would your team rosters look like? Or just a general cast list, if you have any ideas I'll see what I can do to incorporate them

The 90's show was my first exposure to them as well. You should see my list, it's rather big I think at last count there were 50 characters for the X-Men team alone that I had in mind Emma will be there for sure, and just as big a b**** as I can make her out to be For the villains, I have a wide variety to choose from, and these will be some of the big name's that make an appearance in one form or another.

Apocalypse - including Dark Riders (if I can work them in)

Mr. Sinister

Magneto and The Brotherhood

Zaladane and the Savage Land Mutates

Hellfire Club

and Fenris will make an appearance as well.

Of course I don't want to rely soley on the X-Men, so I'll try to incorporate characters like Alpha Flight and maybe the Avengers, more than likely though it would just be Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. If I can, I'll try to type up a teaser/preview until I can get to work on the full first chapter since I've been working on a script for a musical which is taking up a bit of time.

I don't want to start a new thread so this one will have to do... Anyway, I started collecting Marvel's "Season One" graphic novels and one of the bonus 'features' (actually, the only bonus feature) they come with is a code for digital version of the OGN in question (available for iOS or Android). As I have no use for them, feel free to PM/email me and I'll send you the code(s). Sadly, as I thought of this too late, codes for Fantastic Four: Season One, X-Men: Season One, Daredevil: Season One, and Spider-Man: Season One have already expired, but good news is that codes for OGNs listed below are still available .
