So, you're still on antibiotics then? I really hope you're going to recover soon!

Aw, I'm sorry you're not recovering well. I have stomach problems too and I know the effect it can have on your immune system. Hopefully things clear up soon and you'll be able to go home!

I am finally Back home from the hopsital..
I as I stated in an earlier post in this thread a central line was put in me during my hopsital stay.. Basicly the IV is directily incerted into a vein near my heart through my shoulder.. Of course they gave me some happy medicine via my normal IV whle they were sewing this into my skin.... So I don't remember it hurting... Of course I may have been to high to care....
Anyway The central line will be in me until the infection is completly gone.... and is for sure gone for good which good me up to a max of 6 weeks.
So I am not out of the woods yet but at least I am back home... for now

I am glad you're back home!!! Recovery is always better at home than in a hospital.
The central IV, I guess is annoying, but far better than a normal IV, since the medication is so near to the heart it's being transported into your body much faster. I hope you're gonna recover soon!!!

Well... I hoped I wouldn't have to update this thread again... However I am on my way to leave for the ER... Again... This Time I have developed a strange dotted blochy red rash all over me. The Family Doctor yesterday said to go to the er if it continued. The Family Doctor thinks it's something called Stephen-Johnson Disease... Which If you have weak stomachs I would avoid looking at pictures of this... Just read info about it if the curiousity within you gets to you by doing a web search.
They think I developed this Stephen-Johnson disease due to a reaction of the IV Antibiotics......
UPDATE
I am Back home.. The ER Doctor thinks it is a bad drug reaction because to some of either the antibiotics I was on via the IV or the medicine I was on for my fungus infection... The ER Doctor said she or my family doctor will try to get me into a skin doctor within the next couple of days...

I am glad that you're stay at the hospital this time didn't last long and that the rash is just a skin reaction to the antibiotics.
I hope you'll feel better soon.
